CLIENT BACKGROUND
The client’s product is a web application used internally for managing representation records. The system is
designed to maintain information regarding business entities (Companies) for which the clients provides
representation services e.g. Contract Agency, Special State Agency, and Foreign Representation Service etc. The
application is used to handle the legal and general transaction between two entities or between entity and
customer. In the past few years the client and The Digital group collaborated together to enhance the product
and improved the SOP process to meet the customer and service teams growing demands and expectations in
handling the SOP’s. The Digital group was engaged to create a test automation platform to test the
functionality of the clients’ products. During the testing process following challenges were observed
