The letter acknowledges receipt of a complaint filed against attorney Milton E. Raiford regarding his representation of Kathryn J. Patillo in her divorce from the complainant. The office has dismissed the complaint and closed the file as such matters are better addressed in the court handling the divorce case. The complainant is advised to consult his own counsel regarding the divorce. The office will reopen the complaint if the court finds improper conduct by Raiford.
