This is to acknowledge receipt of your complaint against
Attorney Milton E. Raiford, which you recentl-y filed with this
office. Our evaluation of the matter is now complete.
Your complaint is that Mr. Raiford has improperly filed a
divorce action against you on behalf of your wife, Kathryn J.
Pati1lo, and makes false statements in that divorce complaint.
