Hello,
My Name is Taylor Bailey. I would like to start off by talking about my experiences…
I have been working in the Customer Service for over three years now. I have started from the bottom;
and earned my way up to the top. In the last three years, I have been working at Lumberjacks
Restaurant in: Yuba City I have been a Host/Busser/Cashier, (eleven months) a Dishwasher, (six months)
a Server, (six months) and a Supervisor/Manager (One Year).
As a Supervisor/Manager: I have done: Invoices, E-mails, Ordering, Phone Calls, Inventory, Data
and Spreadsheets for Checks, Cash, Safe, and Deposits. I have always been on call and always will be. I
am very dedicated to my job. I have even gone above and beyond to get the things we had to have for
our workplace by driving to pick up needed supplies such as: Food when we didn’t receive it, (SYSCO)
and (CASH and CARRY). I am very familiar with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I
am extremely organized; filling, labeling and dating items. I am very skilled at multitasking. I know how
customer service is supposed to be presented and handled; you always listen to the customer, do not
interrupt, and always say, “Thank you for letting me know”. I know you cannot always please the
customer, but I will always handle their issues with care; all they want is to be heard.
Sincerely,
Taylor Bailey
