 Analysing customers needs and wants properly and the designing the
product according to it.
 Identifying the new opportunity in the market at right time.
 Ready to take risks, since it had got good brand values some new
product fail may not make great damage.
According to me, there is no such company compared to Apple in
invention of new products. Many companies are catching up but still not
there yet.
 iPod, a portable music player which is called one of the
most successful offerings by Apple till date.
With its innovative click wheel interface; the iPod sure
was one of the moment in Apple’s journey.
It improved Apple’s product line.
Introduced many customers to Apple .
Initiated a series of monumental product innovations.
 The iPhone and iPad launch created a huge consumer
excitement based on the previous success of the iPod.
iPad offered to the user multi-touch access to many
things. Creation of iPhone is the most significant moments
in Apple’s journey. The launch of iPhone and iPad had a
great significance in Apple’s new product development
strategy.
As the company continues to grow and innovate itself
questions arise on from where to grow. Apple initially served as
a computer company but their most profitable products have
been consumer-friendly handheld devices. In order to progress
through the future, Apple should look at expanding in both the
direction of handheld devices that they have been going and
look for alternative areas to gain profits. To market a new
category of products, the company should
brainstorm using “creative techniques”.
