re you a yo-yo dieter? Have you tried
every diet under the sun but can never
seem to be the weight you want to be?
Are you an emotional eater?
Do you find it really hard to resist certain
foods like chocolate, bread, cheese or alcohol?
Do you constantly beat yourself up about
food or exercise or how you look or feel?
Are you totally fed up with feeling overweight
and unhappy?
Do you feel overwhelmed with life?
Do you have constant mind chatter that is
driving you to eat?
Is there a part of you that believes you don’t
deserve the good things in life?
Has your self-worth taken a battering over the
years?
If you answered Yes to any of these, you are
not alone and it is probably not your fault.
Most of us know that we just need to eat
healthily and live an active life to reach our
target weight so what stops us doing that? Why
do we continually choose to eat unhealthy take-
away when we know it is the wrong choice?
And,why do we have to eat the whole packet of
biscuits when we know one is enough?
The answer lies in our MINDSET and how we
THINK. The problem and the solution lies with
the different, ingrained ASSOCIATIONS we have
towards food, eating and exercise, what we
BELIEVE and how we deal with our EMOTIONS
and the bad HABITS we’ve picked up along the
way.
The only way to successfully lose weight and
keep it off is to address the underlying reason
why you continue to‘hold on’to your weight no
matter how hard you try not to.
Jody Hardwick from The Activate Your Mind
Program in Cleveland , says that her program
deals with the core of weight problems, the
processes, mindset, habits and emotions linked
to food, eating and body image. The ingrained
programming in your brain that compels you to
obsess with food.
The Activate Your Mind Program is the only
program that identifies and deals with the
beliefs and values that you have around food
that you may have had for years. How many
people do you think find it hard to leave food on
their plate because “there are starving children
in Africa!”
Jody encourages anyone struggling with
weight loss to visit her clinic for a free one-on-
one consultation. During this session she will
explain how this program works and is different
from anything you have tried before.
Re-program your mindset and dramatically
improve your confidence today! 100% Money
back guarantee on all programs!

Good hairbrush should do far more
than just brush hair, but buying the
right one can be very confusing. There
are two important factors to consider: finding
the appropriate brush and styling regimen
and making sure you get a quality brush
The Styler “salon favourite”
Denman or Vess is a brand often used to
describe this type of brush. They have no vents
and a solid cushion backing. The bristles are on
one side only and form a slight half circle bend.
They are available in two sizes,7 row and 9 row.
They are best used on bob shape cuts and mid
length hair.
Vent Brush
Aventhairbrushcouldbeeithercylindricalorflat
but its specialty is that it contains holes or small
openingsonitsbase.Itcouldbeeitherconcentrated
toonlythemiddleoritcouldbespaced throughout
thebrush.Thisprovidesventilationforthehairletting
air to pass through the brush which speeds up the
blowdryingprocess;hence,thename. Thisbrushis
alsogreatforaddingvolumeandshapingthehair.
Round Brushes
"Round brush" describes itself but the most
important thing is that it's not just for creating
curl. The open bristle is for maximum height
and lift. The densely packed real bristle round
brush is great at smoothing and straightening
with the tension needed for hair that naturally
has wave or curl. Brush size needed depends
on hair length and the effect wanted.
Thermal Brush
Not a brush type,a version, come as vent or
styler types. If time is a concern a thermal
brush could be what is needed. They work by
using a metal or heat conductive material at
the centre of the brush, this gets hot using the
heat from your dryer. As the heat increases it
will be working not only on the surface of the
hair, but internally as well. You can get effects
that are rather like setting your hair on rollers
when you get really good with one of these! .
Paddle Brush
Great for straightening medium to long hair,a
paddle brush smoothes as it lengthens. As
opposed to the round hair brush, this style
encourages hair to lie flat and is better for hair
which is not layered too much: Made for
medium to long hair, this brush is a daily brush
that massages the scalp and can perform the
same duties as the half-round brush.
Here are some additional hairbrush tips:
•Look at a good brush like an investment.If it's
high quality and well taken care of, a good
hairbrush will last for years.
•Cleanyourhairbrushesregularly.Oilsandgreasyhair
residue take away from their performance. Rub
another brush into the bristles to lift and loosen
trappedhair.Gentlysoakyourbrushesinwarmwater
