  2. Yum is the world's largest restaurant chain and an umbrella organization for brands like KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut. It has 38K restaurants globally and 85% of them are franchisee owned. Before they had a unified system: Each brand was designing, developing & delivering training on their own Tracking was difficult Cost of content creation & distribution was high Training was inconsistent Affecting : employee turnover, speed to productivity   By using Saba Unified Platform: Moved to One single platform but at the same time were able to maintain specific brand requirements (Reinforcing brand identity) Streamline the process by automating the enrollment process by using Saba's automated prescriptive engine Increased adoption : 1 M users trained using standardized classes Content development became easier and they were now able easily now share it between organizations.
