Talenox makes Payroll for humans, it's even better when integrated with Xero. Here’s how you can start sending payroll entries to Xero:

1. Push your payroll records to Xero

2. Alright, now that you have connected Talenox to Xero, let’s push the payroll
records over. Once you have completed processing payroll for the month,
head over to Payroll > Month Total and click on “Export Bank / CPF /
Reports”, then choose “Xero”.

3. As export is completed, you will be notified through the top notification.
You can either click on the link in the notification or
head over to Xero directly.

4. At Xero, please select “Accounts > Purchases” to view the payroll records that
were being pushed over.

5. Since the records are pushed into Draft, click on “Draft” to view the payroll
line items that were pushed over.

6. Here’s a view of how all the line items are in Draft category. Once you have
checked through, you can “Approve” the line items.

7. To approve, select all the payroll line items from Talenox
and click on “Approve”.

8. If you click into each line item, this is what you will see depending if you
group by employees or cost centres. In this example, it is grouped by Cost
Centres. The integration is simple to execute and yet save you tonnes of time
