State Migrant Workman,
 Filling of statutory Returns Monthly, Quarterly
and annual returns related to PF, ESI, LWF,
Bonus, Labour Dept. Shops & commercial
Establishment .etc on behalf of Company.
 Maintenance of all necessary Registers, Forms
and necessary documents
 Drafting & filing reply on behalf of company
against any queries, correspondences and
incidental enquiries by govt. authorities.
 Audit of compliance in respect of labour
legislations, incidental documents and educating
them for better compliance, if required.
 Interacting with Labour union, negotiation
and settlement of justified demands in
consultation with management, Accident
insurance policy /Workmen Compensation.
 Liaison and coordination with Labour
department, Labour court PF Office,
Maiming Department, RTO office, police
Department and Tribunal Contract Labour
related matters, legal compliances under
various labour laws and factory act.
 Responsible for business structuring,
Organization development & Statutory
Compliance.
(EPF,ESI,WC, Bonus, Gratuity,)
 Attending to the client Audit on Compliance
 Taking the STP of soil and metal from
mining department.

 Supervision & control of all statutory
records relating to ESI/PF/ Gratuity/Leave
Procedures/factory act records/ legal
compliance under Factories Act .etc
 Ensure periodical returns to Govt. as per
Labour Laws and keeping of all relevant
records.
 Ensure attendance and leave monitoring
systems, compile and forward necessary
reports of employee’s daily attendance &
leave records, etc., in the prescribed
manner to HRD
 Prepare the document of full and final
settlement
 Handling the Time office Management
 Employee Grievance handling, Industrial
Relation, Public Relation, through
Interaction with employ
Administration
 Ensuring effective rendering of services
like Canteen, Housekeeping, Security,
Horticulture, Travel/Transportation etc.
 Ensures operation of equipment by
completing preventive maintenance
requirements; calling for repairs;
maintaining equipment inventories;
evaluating new equipment and techniques.
 Ensure Annual Maintenance Contracts
(AMC) of office equipment & hire
agreements for company leased
accommodation.(if required)
 Ensures upkeep of company property &
assets with proper documentation &
records.
 Organizing employee welfare activities as
per company policies
 Deployed the security at his post and
checking the record( As like- Attendance,
outward, inward register, Bill etc,
 Check the logbook of hire vehicle
