Registration and Licensing for our employer
under all applicable labour laws as like labour
license ,Shop and Establishment ,BOCW, Inter
State Migrant Workman,
Filling of statutory Returns Monthly, Quarterly
and annual returns related to PF, ESI, LWF,
Bonus, Labour Dept. Shops & commercial
Establishment .etc on behalf of Company.
Maintenance of all necessary Registers, Forms
and necessary documents
Drafting & filing reply on behalf of company
against any queries, correspondences and
incidental enquiries by govt. authorities.
Audit of compliance in respect of labour
legislations, incidental documents and educating
them for better compliance, if required.
Interacting with Labour union, negotiation
and settlement of justified demands in
consultation with management, Accident
insurance policy /Workmen Compensation.
Liaison and coordination with Labour
department, Labour court PF Office,
Maiming Department, RTO office, police
Department and Tribunal Contract Labour
related matters, legal compliances under
various labour laws and factory act.
Responsible for business structuring,
Organization development & Statutory
Compliance.

manner to HRD

Ensuring effective rendering of services
like Canteen, Housekeeping, Security,

requirements; calling for repairs;
maintaining equipment inventories;
evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Ensure Annual Maintenance Contracts
(AMC) of office equipment & hire
agreements for company leased
accommodation.(if required)
Ensures upkeep of company property &
assets with proper documentation &
records.

per company policies
