My niche lies within the Branding & Advertising, Digital Design
and Administrative framework. I intend to take full advantage of
all opportunities available to me to gain experience and
expertise. I am a hard worker and I love setting goals for myself,
be they long-term or short-term, which makes me meticulous in
my work and confident in my abilities.

ABOUT MY BUSINESS
A humble home-based business, RDLB Digital Design’s intention
has been to build our business into a legacy business, affirming
career paths for my daughters within the Digital Design field as
Entrepreneurs.
Established in 2008, RDLB Digital Design House has one clear aim
– to provide Clients with all the expertise, talent and intelligence
they need to reach their target market effectively, through
Brand development.
Utilizing web, graphic and print design as tools to do so, using
RDLB Digital Design House as my vehicle, I have been able to
service Clients across several industries.
As such, my focus is sustainability through establishing and
maintaining long-term relationships with all my Clients.
To effectively retain these relationships, I understand that I have
to firstly understand my Clients’ businesses and constantly offer
innovative products and solutions!

Sledge IT Group developed and implemented a New Company System for their Client.
Initially I was contracted to assist with the design and collation of the Training Manual for the
System.
Subsequently, I was stationed at the Client’s offices for four months to essentially establish the IT
department. This undertaking involved the development of Processes to better address queries,
helpdesk, data collection and analysis thereof.
The Company Policies were also addressed.
