- Increase the competitiveness of the IT SMEs in a region Solution: Cluster Approach Project A Cluster Approach Project groups the interests of a number of SMEs , coordinated by a local organisation (IT association or cluster, regional innovation or technology centre, technology park, etc.), that can receive financial and political support from a government in order to improve the quality of their software development A Cluster Approach Project is one that groups the interests of a series of SMEs coordinated by a local intermediary organisation , that receives governmental support (political and financial) , and whose objective is to increase the competitiveness of the IT Sector. - En esta parte el objetivo es demostrar que IT Mark, a pesar de contar con 3 patas basadas en 3 modelos internacionalmente reconocidos, no siginifica que su coste sea mayor. En sólo un paso disponemos de lo que en otros casos se realizaría en tres (mayor inversión en tiempo, dincero, recursos…) El objetivo es dejar claro que IT Mark tiene un precio muy competitivo: calidad-precio inmejorable º
