Our Purpose at Trainers by Design is to support members in our club and our District community to develop their training knowledge and skills, for both individual and collective benefit. As a Toastmasters Club, we provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth. Our specialty is Training, so our meetings are a safe place to practice, to learn, and to succeed as a Trainer. Our members are a mix of speakers who want to become trainers, professional trainers who want to develop and VET trainers who use the workshops to help them meet their ongoing PD
