Substations and Bottling plant Operation(25000BPH) in beverage industry. Exposure in PLC Automation, all process instruments and
33KVA/66KvA electrical system.

• Looking after the greenfield projects of installation and Commissioning Lead of New starch and sweetener plant( Cap:800
TPD) at Devangere (250Km from Bangalore) having investment of 500 Cr ( Having equipment like 52TPH FBC boiler,
1500KLD WTP(UF,RO,ACF), 1250KLD Recycle water plant(MBR, RO, Diffuser syst.), Zero liquid discharged plat(ZLD), Corn
silo-2x 5000Mt with conveying and cleaning system, Wet grinding mill, Refinery, Steep tanks, RVF, Packaging plant, 1000cfm
screw compressor, 66kv installation, SMART MCC,PCC in electrical system) and also responsible for plant Utility operations
and plant Maintenance.
• Responsible for overall plant maintenance including Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, civil, commissioning of
project.
• Responsible for plant efficiency monitoring includes power, fuel, and water consumption and packaging line efficiency.
• Responsible for Reliability Maintenance (REPI) by Periodic Maint.(PM) and Predictive Maint (PDM) of process and utility
equipment to upkeep the machine efficiency( using Vibration analysis, Stroboscope, Ultrasonic test kit, Thermal Analysis
by Inferred Camera and OIL Analysis).Calculate OPRER and OEE of M/cs. Monitoring of R&M and CAPEX expenditure and
R&M Budgeting. Spare parts Management and inventory control.

Sep'08 –April ’2015 : United Breweries Limited, Kalyani ( Beverage industry and Member of UB group) as Sr. Manager Engineering
Key Result Areas
• Working towards attaining(25000BPH) bottling line efficiency by more than 80% to achieve the daily, MTD & YTD target and
responsible for production planning with respect to PGP as per SKUs by coordination between process, commercial and
dispatch department. Ensure daily dispatch as per requirement of Reginal Sales.
• Supervising Engineering Dept. and overseeing the entire plant maintenance (Electrical, Instrumentation & Mechanical) and
Operations of the 25000BPH bottling production (finish goods) and also utility services & Implementation of 1 million brewery
project( Beer bottling). Also Planning of brew and bottling synchronization coordination with Process(Brewing target 14
brew/day) and ensure daily dispatch as per Sales target coordination with Commercial and dispatch department.
• Handling of Union members to resolve the issue in production floor and also Deftly contributing major role for final settlement
of Charter of demand proposed by Factory Union members.
• Maintaining plant efficiency like Line efficiency, Power, water, Solid Fuel, packaging material consumption, etc.
• Operations of ETP plant(900KLD) and maintain the treated effluent water as per pollution norms, 10TPH/6TPH solid fuel Boiler,
500kg/hr automatic Co2 plant, Refrigeration plant(850TR) to ensure the quality of Beer produce during Fermentation and
Brewing.
• Handling statutory compliances like Consent to operate from PCB, Boiler license renewal, Calibration of Tanks, Lifting tools
and tackles from weights and Measure, State Excise issue like Label registration, export permits, excise license renewal.
• Active participation in TPM and team leader of Pilot project (Project: Short stop in washer)in wave-I
• Handling techno-commercial works for engineering purchase including quotations, comparative study, negotiation, order raising
and checking of bills with the coordination with Commercial department. And also inventory control of Engg store and
packaging materials.
• Formulating annual R&M &CAPEX budget and monitoring R&M cost. Creating CIR of project, execution, FARR report, project
closer report (PCR), etc.
• Driving energy savings in boiler through effective electricity power utilization by production planning, scheduling & controlling,
involving cost reduction and control activity by improving by technological improvement.
• Arrange for implementation of Training of our subordinate like PLC , Equipment and personal safety,, Knowledge about
environment, Change Management, with the coordination with HR department.
Significant Accomplishments
• Steered efforts in successful up gradation of existing brewery from 0.55Million to 1.0 Million brewery(Project cost: Rs. 77Cr.)
by installation &commissioning of 7x 2800hl Uni tanks, 250hl brew house, Refrigeration plant, New filtration system(FILTROX-
250hl/hr), 2500BPH bottling line, 500kg/hr Co2 recovery plant, Fire hydrant system etc.
• Achieve targeted production 10.15lac/10.12lac for the year 2012/ 2013 during peak season as per KPI of the plant.
Refrigeration load bring down to from 56 kwh/kl to 35Kwh/kl
• HRS system, Wort PHE, Malt& rice& Sugar handling system,250HL Brew House, Filtrox system(250kl/hr), co2plant(cap: 500kg/hr),
10TPH solid fuel boiler, 33KV installation, 1250KVA DG, 850TR capacity Refrigeration plant with SCADA Automation, 25000BPH
bottling line and ETP up-gradation, BULK handling system., Automation of Brewery.
• Managed the project right from layout, obtained NOC from WBPCB &other govt. authorities and freeze of technical parameters
of equipment under the guidance of DVP-project

Sep'08 –April ’2015 : United Breweries Limited, Kalyani ( Beverage industry and Member of UB group) as Sr. Manager Engineering Key Result Areas • Working towards attaining(25000BPH) bottling line efficiency by more than 80% to achieve the daily, MTD & YTD target and responsible for production planning with respect to PGP as per SKUs by coordination between process, commercial and dispatch department.
