 Account Manager engagement of VIP attendees ensuring all requirements were meet at all times.
 Employee Safety Campaign “Every Day is Game Day” was launched with 45 sessions (120 attendees
per session) presented to field based employees within the Miles, Chinchilla, Roma and Gladstone
areas.
 Knowledge Series.
 Employee Briefings/Town Halls attendees up to 850 per session.
 Safety Toolbox Meetings.
 Monthly Office Meetings.
 Monthly Celebrations Morning/Afternoon Tea.
Ensuring Origin’s Health, Safety & Environment policies and procedures were adhered to at all times whilst
attending sites. These also included site inductions and all attendees are wearing correct personal protective
equipment.
PROJECT EXPERIENCE
 Towns Gas to Natural Gas Conversion: administrative support throughout the 3-year project.
 Dalby Power Station: set up of the administration and office for the new location including training of
administration staff.
 Australia Pacific LNG: provided administrative support to Environment Impact Statement Manager and
department.
 Australian Brandenburg Orchestra: sending of emails to the company seeking interest of staff attending
events and then consolidating of tickets (500 attendees).
 Office Relocation: ensure smooth transition of relocation of staff within new office location.
