5. INTRODUCTION TO COLLEGE OF MODERN SCIENCES
The College of Modern Sciences, commonly known as CMS, has been established by a non profit
making body, AHEAD-Association for Hyderabad’s Educational Advancement, CMS, is the
Pioneer College introducing Masters & Graduate level academic programs in Computer
Science, Information Technology & Business Administration at Hyderabad.
CMS was established in 1998 to cater the needs of quality education in Computer Science,
Information Technology & Business Administration. CMS, is located at Latifabad, Hyderabad.
The College has excellent Computer Lab, ever-growing Libraries, environment friendly
classrooms, separate canteen / common rooms for boys and girls and above all an enviable
learning atmosphere. The medium of instruction at the college is English. The Faculty Members
are highly qualified and motivated; they hold higher educational degrees from renowned foreign
and Pakistani Universities. College enjoys the reputation of having a highly disciplined
academic approach.

The College has a mission to promote the growth of intelligent,
highly motivated and ethically responsible Business Managers
and Computer Scientists through fostering an environment of
integrity, fairness, trust and mutual respect. The student will find
their education challenging, the workload demanding at the
faculty exceptionshigh. The breach of academic and ethical
code of conduct does not go unnoticed at CMS. As after two
warnings from faculty and administration the student still define
this code would be asked to leave the college.
AFFILIATION
The Honorable Governor of Sindh formally inaugurated CMS,
on February, 26, 1998. It has unique distinction of enjoying the
affiliation of the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, for Masters and
Bachelor Degree Programs in Business Administration, under
semester system. The College ensure continuity of regular
conduct of semester exams. The University of Sindh, Jamshoro,
shall award the relevant degree on successful completion of the
course of study at the college.

Customer complains system is very necessary for every organization because from
this system the management knows that what customers want and what complain
they have. It is also called as feedback.
For getting feedback we have made these systems.

1) Complain Cards: We have placed complain cards on tables, so that
customers can easily give their feed back.
2) Complain Box: We have placed a complain box also, so that customers can
easily give their drop their feedback in complain box.
3) Telephone: This system is for them who place their orders on phone. We
will call to the same number from which the order was mention and will take
the feedback about the quality and service.
