During my professional experience I have successfully commanded
and controlled following processes efficiently and effectively;
 Liquefaction of dried chlorine gas using ammonia and Freon as refrigerant through
compression.
 Production of 32 MTPD of liquid Carbon dioxide (CO2) industrial scale (99.5% pure).
 Production of 8.0 MTPD of Ferric chloride solution (45%) by absorption of chlorine
gas in ferrous chloride in counter current absorption chambers.
 Production of 250 MTPD of Sodium Hypochlorite industrial scale by absorption of
diluted NaOH solution into dried chlorine in vertical absorption chambers.
 Production of 6.0 MTPD of 77% magnesium chloride flakes through falling film
evaporators using saturated steam at pressure of 13 Bar.
 Evaporation of 400 MTPD of 32% NaOH to 50% NaOH solution through falling film
and rising film triple effect evaporators using saturated steam at pressure of 15-16
Bar and temperature of 180 -190 degree Celsius.
In addition to above processes, also responsible for the operation and
maint. of following Utilities, and providing services to all plant units;
 Reciprocating & Screw compressors (Mycom, CompAir, Roto & Puma) for
instrument air, Ammonia and Freon refrigeration compressors, complete HVAC
system of plant , N2 generators, R.O and D.I water plants, Hot water, Gas Fired and
Steam operated absorption chillers, Forced and ID Cooling Towers.
