I’ve wanted to be there not just by virtue of being the editor
but because I had something to say something that might join
us for a moment in that miraculous way words can. I am really
encouraged by the feedback received from the readers and the
institutions which are in association with our magazine. Many
thanks to my team for the work undertaken. I’m very glad to
present this magazine to all the readers.
Swiftnlift Business Magazine is not just a print or digital anymore
but everything we do derives from its long-standing character,
approach and quality - while we continue to produce the print
publication with as much dedication as ever.
The cover story has featured Mr. Kaushik Punjani (Director)
of Euro Exim Bank. It is an international financial institution,
headquartered in Saint Lucia, with a Rep Office in London, serving
import and export businesses around the globe. The company
facilitate authenticated trade finance instructions, with a core
mission to become the de-facto global provider of trade services,
with the most experienced sales team in the sector.
Some print pieces have complementary components such as
additional coverage, advertisements and still photography. There
are regular columns by the editors with reflective articles to
provide a window onto businesses and leadership.

ounded in 2015 by company director Mr. Kaushik
Punjani, Euro Exim Bank Limited is a growing
innovative financial institution, facilitating global
trade, with Head Office in St. Lucia and Representative
Office in London. We are delighted to share this
exclusive conversation between Swiftnlift Business
Magazine and Euro Exim Bank for our readers.
Tell us about your company. Its vision and
mission.
In today’s rapidly growing international markets and
expanding global hubs, trade finance continues to play
a strategic role in the flow and movement of goods and
services.
EuroEximBankisaninternationalfinancialinstitution,
headquartered in Saint Lucia, with a Rep Office in
London, serving import and export businesses around
the globe. We facilitate authenticated trade finance
instructions, with a core mission to become the de-
facto global provider of trade services, with the most
experienced sales team in the sector.
We specialize in connecting corporate buyers and
sellers, enabling businesses to economically and
efficiently export and import goods and services. We
assistcompaniestofulfilltheirtradeaspirationsthrough
financial instrument issuance (SWIFT MT700, MT710,
MT760) and relay via correspondent institutions.
What were the constraints you faced at the
time of inception?
In the beginning, we were intensely paper-based,
depending on manual cycles with duplicated effort
and tedious error-prone data entry. We required
automation to determine these issues in the event that
we were serious about being long-haul players.
With our quite certain business model, we searched for

13. commercial software applications, both on-premises,
and cloud-based, to suit our method of working
as opposed to adjusting every one of our cycles to
a specific product. Additionally, we didn’t need a
toolkit, requiring onerous and exorbitant consultancy
to tailor applications which would then require asset
immoderate continuous maintenance.
Given our size and inner technical skills, we chose to
construct, keep up and refine our own architecture
- permitting us to overlook legacy offerings and to
profit from a platform inserted with the most recent
technologies, for example, blockchain, AI, and fast API
linkages. Key learnings were to completely comprehend
the market, find and train the opportune individuals,
requiring some serious energy with characterizing
technique and product configuration, doing strong
research and adopting a deliberate strategy to all
investments, and taking a gander at the genuine
advantage of developments in regulation, compliance,
and IT.
What are the services you provide, and the
technologies used for that?
Trade Finance is the primary focus of our business
model. With years of banking and specific trade
finance experience and expertise, we provide an
efficient and effective service facilitating cross-border
trade for our global clients, with issuance and
relay of Letters of Credit, Stand-By
Letters of Credit, Proof of Funds,
RWA, Performance Bonds,
and Bank Guarantees. We
have developed our own
platform for capture,
workflow, and full end-
to-end processing of
trade instruments,
complemented by
commercial database
offerings connected
by industry-standard
APIs.
We have also developed
a merchant payment
platform, Exim
Wave, and looking
at further products
to assist in global
finances and money transfer, again to facilitate safe,
fast, trusted international payments from buyers to
sellers, with secure account access available online with
a 24x7 call center.
Theseservicesareunderpinnedwithtightduediligence,
AML,PEPandsanction,andsecuritychecks,supported
by commercial software products from leaders in those
fields.
How do you stand different than those
who are already into this business?
The market is changing. Covid has forced major banks
to re-think their international business, especially
with reduced volumes, increased risk, heavy sector
investment for smaller return, and non-productive
business units in non-prime locations.
In addition to our speed of service, representation
through agents and partners in 27 countries and range
of products, one of EEB’s USP’s is participation with
the Ripple xCurrent service for payments, and ODL
for solving liquidity problems, switching from local
currency to digital assets (XRP) and paying out in local
currency at the receiver end.
This not just resolves the time issue of delivery and
authenticity yet additionally tackles the issue of
exchanging all through costly fiat currencies, for
example, USD or EUR invalidating significant
expenses and frequently wild money
vacillations for little clients. These
services are critical for economies
in Africa, as cash-challenged
companies no longer need
to wait days for their money
to traverse correspondent
banks with associated
funding and dispersal costs
from local accounts.
Our competition is every
bank in every jurisdiction
offering credit and trade
instruments to their clients
across the globe. However,
de-risking, new
regulation, rules
on collateral and
capital adequacy,
difficulties, and
14. complexity in the documentation for import, sanctions,
tariffs, and current transport restrictions have severely
affected international trade and the desire of banks
to service domestic companies wishing to embark
on perceived and often not-substantiated high-risk
ventures.
Major Banks typically require small importers to lock
fundsinescrowaccountsforuptooneyear(110%ofdeal
values), stifling cash flow and dramatically impeding
their ability to compete effectively in international
markets. Our approach is more considered, allowing
us not only to stay in the game but to stay ahead also.
We request appropriate collateral, standard processes
for fast creation of instruments, working through
experienced partners, enabling SMEs and corporates to
take advantage of our experience to create risk-averse
trading opportunities and revenue.
For EEB our key mission is to prioritize the technology
opportunities, aligning the organization with their
core competencies, activating merchant and offshore
accounts, building market share, working with
appropriate collateral, and ensuring sustainability. The
Bank is committed and well-positioned to achieve this
as the pre-eminent provider and facilitator of trade
finance services going forward.
What is your strategy to reach customers?
Withskilledmarketingprofessionals,wearesuccessfully
navigating multiple media channels through leadership
article content, exhibitions, conferences, TV and digital
magazine representation, blogs, and email campaigns.
Whilst our marketing budgets are not unlimited, by
considered placement, industry-centric information,
15. and accessibility of our experienced management team,
we have been able to build and maintain an enviable
reputation for clarity, confidence, trust, and respect.
How do you manage to work into different
sectors and what are the reasonable
precautions you take while you process?
Our prime directive has always been to specialize
in one sector, namely trade finance. Importantly we
do not provide loans, deposits, mortgages, or other
regular financial products more commonly offered in
high-street retail operations. Also, taking a measured
approach to all our projects, we do not attempt to
compete in the very crowded and investment heavy
payments markets, where any profit is driven by the
need for high volume, but where high risk and low
return are also key factors.
Where we have taken a position in payments is through
our use of RippleNet, for clients requiring cost-effective
FX and local to local currency payments.
As an immediate precaution, we do not use or advocate
Cryptocurrency as an investible asset, i.e. like Bitcoin
or Ethereum, but use the RippleNet network and
messaging technology to enable client real-time
settlement, negating currency fluctuation and risk.
Tell us about your team and its strength.
Our international teams of experts have years of
banking, trade finance, and SWIFT experience of
complex instruments and transacting via an extensive
network of contacts and counterparties covering
Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Australasia, and
South America.
Our rapidly expanding international offices support
trade finance, bank guarantees, and advisory services,
and we are extending our capabilities to provide credit
and pre-paid card issuance, foreign exchange, and
3rd party transfer services, for full-service offerings
to corporations, financial institutions, and limited
companies.
How do you maintain confidentiality?
In our market sector, whilst much of the data is in the
public domain (i.e. tenders, shipping, and container
information) across geographies, regulations, and
cultures, confidentiality remains key to our operating
model.
From the very start of any client engagement through
to project completion, we are mandated to protecting
client data and identity, through managing internal
access control, data storage, and information retention.
Training is a core component of engendering a
consistent and managed culture of trust and confidence,
with clear policies on how and when to interact with
data and who has control and oversight.
What are your upcoming projects?
EEBstaysfocusedongrowingourdealsandagentpartner
networks, banding together with banks assessing their
long-term presence in the trade sector, and refining our
offerings to help significantly more corporates as they
endeavor to stay serious in worldwide business sectors.
We are enhancing our Ai and blockchain technology
integration, expanding our merchant account and card
acceptance capabilities, and above all using our highly
experienced IT teams to continue the development of
our Simplex trade platform.

16. About the Company
Our founders have extensive expertise in both startups
and huge corporations. We've worked in giant corporate
bureaucracies with massive inefficiencies, as well as in fast-
growing startups with a lack of clarity and concentration.
We began our company adventure by conducting research.
We partnered with the HaaS Business School at UC
Berkeley and their MBA students in 2011. Executives
from 26 companies were interviewed, including Autodesk,
Facebook, and Intel. Our goal was to figure out what was
causing the poor organisational performance that has
plagued practically every vertical market for decades.
Almost all of the organisations we looked at began as
nimble and adaptable. All companies, however, were far
more inflexible and less adaptable as they grew and their
financial performance improved. What are the key factors
that limit an organization's ability to expand productively?
We distilled down the core problem to the obvious: the
way we manage people and their use of talent, based on
interviews and more than two dozen seminars. We came to
the conclusion that a critical missing component was the
capacity to assess managerial effectiveness and talent use.
Our Purpose: To foster the well-being, empowerment, and
leadership of individuals and organizations they chose.
Our Mission: To enable human-centric organizations
those are highly adaptive and motivated cultures. Ignite
Leadership. Unleash Talent.
Our Vision: To be a reliable trusted resource to help
individuals and organizations navigate the present and
create a rewarding future.

17. Our Goals
1. Shift the distribution of work from management
hierarchy to work based on internal and external
customer demand.
2. Enable Human-centric Organizations where optimal
value benefits both the individual and the organization.
3. Measure value creation as well as profitability from the
individual level and up.
4. Empower individuals to experience new capabilities
and design work profiles that fit their evolving needs.
Our Approach
Our founders have founded and venture-funded a number
of successful businesses. Our organisations have been built
and grown using the typical top-down strategy. We're not
going to go through this again with CollabWorks. We'll
create a highly adaptive organisation where customer
service defines and drives leadership and innovation. Each
of us is in charge of our own services and relationships.
As we expand, we will become a marketplace of teams and
consumers where choices are made based on creating value
for consumers rather than a financial planning approach.

is provided by FrameWork: the work, the usage of talent,
and the value of both. OutSystems — the low-code leader
– can quickly create a variety of derivative applications,
such as compensation and workforce mobility (Gartner).
How we go about doing it?
FrameWorkTM gives you the tools you need to assess,
value, and enhance your work.
• We make management easy and transparent.
• We encourage and track progress.
• We measure and forecast employee performance.
The CollabWorks Services
CollabWorks provides a digital management platform
that encourages employees to gain new capabilities and
grow their careers while helping companies increase the
value generated by each employee. For example, they help
IT organizations increase the capabilities of their teams
beyond typical job functions – such as programmers also
providing data analytics. The broader the capabilities per
employee, the more versatile they can be in aligning with
shifting functional demands.
Advantages
CollabWorks is focused on transforming functions such as
IT, HR, Engineering, or Sales at companies who want to:
• Increase talent mobility through enhancing individual
competencies, allowing employees to respond to a
broader range of changing company demands.
• Reduce labour costs by eliminating lower-value
tasks, such as excessive management and ineffective
communication, and replacing it with higher-value
services, often by expanding and deepening current
talent's capabilities.
Thequantitativeworkforcedatagreatlyenhancesworkforce
planning as firms roll out FrameWork across all business
functions. As talent becomes more agile, it can be deployed
more efficiently per service, resulting in a 50% reduction
in talent acquisition expenses. At all levels of the company,
the work, its value, and the use of talent are now visible in
digital format. This labour data can now be linked into a
digital business, giving executives a better way to allocate
and reward employees.

resulting in beneficial and long-lasting
connections with their clients. These
elements have a significant impact on
the company's growth and success.
1. Web/Mobile Development:
Businesses can use web/mobile
applications to reach new customers,
serve existing clients, and boost market
awareness.
Businesses can rely on a trustworthy
source of cross platform development to
ensure a seamless product launch and high
levels of customer satisfaction to make the

By managing the software development

quality, and deliverability.
2.
Development Team Outsourcing: Many of
our clients choose to entrust us with their full
development team. The major reason is because
they rapidly discover that outsourcing their
projects and priorities to us is considerably
faster, more efficient, and less expensive than
doing it in-house. Allow ISU Corp to handle

situated in Asia, Europe, and North America, she
was fortunate to have clients on three continents.
Some of her former clients followed her to
Clearstream, and they are still working with them

The Strategy of Success
Clearstream has been extremely lucky, since their
agency has grown by double digits year after year
since its beginnings just four years ago. Their
growth approach is simple: provide the finest
work possible for all clients while adhering to the
principle of under-promising and over-delivering.
As a result, clients keep around and frequently
recommend Clearstream's services to others. Their
client list includes firms and clients with whom
they have worked for years, if not decades.

and instead used her strength to take the next
step. Wendy is a strong lady who has helped her
company and its employees achieve success. She
has not only attained success, but she has also left a
trail of wonderful stories that inspire and motivate
everyone with a desire formed of passion.
To stay properly motivated and achieve great
achievement, there must be a higher calling.
Although Clearstream's client list is diverse, the
agency's common goal is to make a difference —
to contribute to the betterment of humankind.
Their purpose is to educate and empower people,
whether through promoting life-changing work
by non-profits, introducing an innovative App

Changed The World
Bill Gates
Bill Gates, a Harvard dropout, is most known as the
founder of Microsoft, which is still the world’s largest PC
programming partnership today. PC is, without a doubt,
the most well-known PC and PC brand. Bill Gates has
consistently been towards the top of the list of the world’s
wealthiest people since founding Microsoft, and was even
the most lavish man on the planet for a time.
BillGateshasshiftedhisfocusfrombusinesstohumanitarian

Elon Musk
Elon Musk was born in the city of Pretoria, South Africa,
in the year 1971. He moved to the United States in his
mid-20s to study Economics and Physics at the University
of Pennsylvania. He helped to create X.com, which later
became PayPal, shortly after graduating in 1997. eBay
bought PayPal in 2001. Musk was the organization’s most
valuable partner at the time, with stock worth more than
1.5 billion dollars. Furthermore, PayPal is now one of the
world’s largest online payment systems.
Larry Page and Sergey Brin
On our rundown pair, it is only proper to list the
following two. While studying for their Ph.D.s at
Stanford University, the two men were working
on a project that had a greater impact on society
than anyone else on our list. They launched
Google in 1998, a relatively rudimentary online
index that would soon transform the entire
web scene. As the internet searcher evolved, it
became ever more amazing and precise.
“Just Google it” became a common phrase
immediately after people realised they could
find almost anything using the web crawler.
Google now has approximately 3.5 billion daily
ventures. To put that figure into context, Google
accounts for more than 92 percent of all web
searches.
Warren Buffet
Thought about the "Prophet of Ohama," Buffet is quite possibly the
best business financial backer ever. He is most popular as the CEO
of Berkshire Hathaway, a global holding organization that handles
billions of dollars worth of stocks each year. Buffett's remarkable
sense of the financial markets resulted in incredible wealth for him
and his partners. Buffett consistently ranks towards the top of Forbes'
ranking of the world's wealthiest people. Similarly, many of the
world's wealthiest people want to emulate Warren Buffett's talent and
approach to stocks and trading, as he is widely regarded as the finest
in the area. Surprisingly, Buffett, like Bill Gates, has committed to give
away the vast majority of his fortune after his death.

in 2011, and £11m in 2012. The company's revenue has
surpassed £26 million this year. Each week, Spabreaks
sends over 6000 people on spa days and getaways, and
it has a customer database of over one million people.
Our mission
We believe that spa experiences have numerous positive
effects and that they can and should be made available
to assist people's health and well-being. We wish to

mental and physical rest.
That is why we strive to make spas accessible and
pleasurable for everyone by offering an unrivalled
selection of spas and spa packages, as well as providing
first-class service and convenience to all of our

business that has earned her the respect of
both her family and her social circle.
Spabreaks.com grew from a three-person
staff to a 90-person staff. Abi enjoys
being involved in every operation as the
company's CEO. She does not perceive
herself as someone who sits in a glass
corner office, but rather as someone who
works on the shop floor and is involved in
everything from sales to marketing, which
may be isolating since the final weight is that it
is ultimately your call and decision.
Abi recalls her passionate affection for animals as
a child and her desire to work with them — possibly
as a veterinarian, but largely she wanted to be among
horses and dogs. She grew up in Devon and came
from a fairly ordinary family. She went to Glamorgan
University to study Communication and Media Studies,
then went to school and then to Cardiff University for
a postgraduate qualification in journalism and law after
finishing her education at a local school.
She began her work as a journalist while still deciding on
a professional path before realising that she possessed
capabilities that were better suited to marketing. She
worked with a small group of hotel spas after negotiating
time contracts in Maritime Security post 9/11. This is
when Abi realised there was a chance to change people's
perceptionsaboutspasandworkwiththemtohelpthem
reach their commercial potential. Despite the increased
demand, she noticed that just a few companies were
marketing spas. As a result, she created Spabreaks.com
four months after the birth of her first kid in 2008.
The Motive Power
Making the spa sector more accessible has been a major
factor for Spabreaks.com, as there have previously been
many hurdles. It's a never-ending effort to increase
therapist training, product availability, information
empowerment for guests, and insurance companies'
cooperation. Therapists should be able to personalise
treatments to anyone's level of personal wellness,
according to Spabreaks.com. In basic terms, this means
that just because you have cancer, are pregnant, or have
recently undergone surgery, you cannot have a specific
treatment; rather, almost any treatment can be adjusted
to accommodate you.
Future ventures
They are constantly growing their product line and
aiming to increase their business, thanks to their strong
global presence. They are now working on launching
a luxury range. The Elysium Collection was created to
highlight the gold standard of spas and spa experiences
in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The spas were picked
because they contribute something unique and great to
the industry, and the packages are bucket list experiences.
With individuals placing a greater emphasis on their
health and well-being, now is an exciting time to honour
the best in the spa sector. Over the previous decade, the
industry has transformed, and Spabreaks.com is ready
to take on new and inventive concepts that the market
wants. Spabreaks.com has risen to the top of the industry
by anticipating market trends, satisfying client demands,
and exceeding their expectations. Spabreaks.com has
established that well-being is not a choice but a way of
life, and that everyone deserves to take use of this service.

Integration Challenges
Data integration is getting increasingly difficult
as firms acquire and keep more data. Data
integration was cited as a high or very high
impediment of new-application installation by
nearly 70% of respondents in a recent global
study of IT professionals and business users.
The poll was used as the basis for a new research
from The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI)
titled Data Integration: Using ETL, EAI, and EII
Tools to Create an Integrated Enterprise, which
included interviews with industry experts. From
both a data warehousing and an enterprise-wide
strategic view, the research assesses the recent
developments of data integration technologies
and processes. Data quality and security, a lack of a
business case and limited finance, and a weak data
integration infrastructure are the top three data
integration concerns identified by the poll. Large
organisations are moving toward enterprise-wide
data integration architecture, whereas midsize
companies are focusing on data integration from
a sales and business intelligence (BI) perspective,
evaluating data integration products based on
their ability to integrate with the company's
existing applications and infrastructure.
What’s holding companies back? There
are several key issues:
• Data quality and security: Even today, over 75%
of companies don’t take the time to understand
what data quality and security means to their
company and their customers. Traditional
methods and alternatives are simply too
expensive and complicated for most companies.
• Lack of business case definition: Midsized and
large companies cite “lack of collaboration
between sales and finance” as their biggest
obstacle when planning to create an integrated
environment. They want to foster more dialogue
and communication—but the current approach
clearly isn’t working.
• Poor data integration infrastructure: Many
sales and financial managers would like to
overhaul their existing approaches and adopt
“Best Practices”; however, they are not sure
where to start. Ideally, they would like a “map”
for improving their processes, and would like to
know what has been successful for others—but
their peers are in similar situations.
Introducing Smart Solutions
Integration Technologies addresses these
obstacles with an inspired new approach to data
integration — “InterWeave Smart Solutions”. With

LaunchBox
U
nbroken Software, LLC, founded by Jason
Carr in September 2015, is the creator of
LaunchBox. Jason is a Christian, and the
company would not exist or be successful without
the Lord's intervention in his life. As a result, he is
certain that everything he and the firm accomplish
is for the glory of God. LaunchBox is only one
example of what God has done in our life, and
what He can accomplish in yours as well.
What was the impetus behind the
creation of launchbox?
In 2014, Dan Negroni, the creator of launchbox,
had a huge idea: What if we could bridge the
generational divide in the workplace by coaching
and mentoring around age and diversity to crush
performance and creativity while also creating
meaningful engagement? Our purpose is to teach
people about themselves and to assist them in
working from the inside out to make a genuine
difference in the lives of their peers, employers, and
clients. Since 2014, we've employed our training lab
of over 15,000 millennials and their managers to
test and enhance our methodology, theories, and
frameworks to address the workplace's pressing
multi-generational disconnect. We've established
ourselves as one of the world's foremost experts
on leveraging multi-generational workforces and
establishing the workplace of the future, supporting
businesses in attracting, retaining, managing, and
motivating millennials. Our relationship-based
leadership and sales approach has helped us
expand firms by more than a billion dollars.
What were the initial obstacles you had
to overcome?
Getting our word out has been the most difficult
and frustrating challenge. What we do is sometimes
difficult to explain because it is essentially a
mentality and storey transformation for workers.
It may seems straightforward, but proving and
quantifying it is tough. We now have proof and
major examples of how we have changed the nature
of engagement and performance in innumerable
organisations of all sizes, thanks to many pleased
clients. Another issue we faced was the desire to
please everyone, so we were quite adaptable. We
now see how important it is to know what you do
well and to be consciously competent about how
and how. As a result, we no longer stray from what
has worked in the past.
Aside from the success of launchbox,
what else has Dan accomplished?
30 APRIL 2021 SwiftNLift
31. Dan Negroni
Founder & CEO
Dan built a second company called
Hooga, which will launch its first
product later this year, in addition
to masterminding all of the systems,
procedures, and curriculum
launchbox currently employs with
our clients. It's an e-learning and on-
demand coaching product designed to
meet a critical need among our present
clientele. Individuals want to be able
to learn what they want from people
they trust on their own time, according
to studies. We feel that this new solution
will assist businesses in meeting their rising
needs as the world of work continues to
evolve swiftly around them.
Growth and scale are the most significant ongoing
issues for launchbox. How do we expand in such
a way that we can continue to give our particular
sauce to the end-user without dilution? That
necessitates a great deal of content control and
faith in others' ability to provide it in their own
true and distinct way. However, we are constantly
seeking new partners to assist us in spreading the
word!
What is Dan's strategy for balancing
his business and personal lives?
Dan tries to attain that elusive work-life balance,
despite finding it difficult at times to turn off the
"coach" in him. He became a health and fitness nut
after surviving cancer at the age of twenty-seven,
and he works out every day, sometimes twice a
day! Dan enjoys running, riding, swimming, and
anything else that keeps him young and active. He
resides in Del Mar, California, with his lovely wife
and three great children. They take family outings
both inside and outside of San Diego to reconnect
as a family, which is especially essential now that
their children are older and have begun their own
lives.

32. Leadership Qualities in
Business Management
What Do Initiative Qualities Mean for
Your Business?
Whether or not you believe that pioneers are born, not
manufactured, it is still critical for conceived pioneers
to develop their authority traits in order to be better at
what they do and stand out from the competition. You
should be aware of the authority qualities that you need
to improve. Administration improvement projects can
help you become a better leader without any ifs, ands,
or buts.
This illustrates the importance of pioneers continuing
to learn from experts and professors in order to stay at
the top of their game. Find the initiative improvement
programme that is right for you and become the best
version of yourself. Enroll in an IMD course to develop
the qualities listed above and reach your full potential.
Concentrate on the goal
Organizational rivalry nowadays resembles a pony
race. A good pioneer, like a racehorse, should have their
signals activated so that they can run with laser-like
focus towards the goal. There will always be setbacks
and personal concerns that pioneers must deal with.
According to Brian Dumaine's web essay "The Kings
of Concentration," a CEO can receive up to 300
communications a day. When you add in the meetings
and phone calls, it's clear that there aren't enough hours
in the day to get everything done.
32 APRIL 2021 SwiftNLift
33. Stick to your plan, but be willing to change
it if necessary.
Make an agenda that you can use as a guide throughout
the day, and mark off tasks that you've completed
according to your plan. Be flexible in adjusting your
schedule if anything urgent comes up that requires
your attention. Return to your rundown and proceed
as directed by the plan once you've dealt with the
unexpected events.
Organize group brainstorming sessions.
Getting people together to brainstorm and come up
with fresh ideas is a great way to start. You may even try
holding this meeting outside of the office to encourage
people from various organisations and businesses to
contribute their ideas and come up with better ones.
Patience
Persistence is a good indicator of persuasive authority.
It's difficult to believe that you should exhibit restraint
when you're the most exceptional person in your
group, association, or public authority. Everyone
should accept your lead and provide you with what you
require when you require it. What is the rationale for a
decent pioneer's restraint? In tense situations and when
handling complicated business factors, not everything
is going well. Pioneers who do not have patience will
feel the pressure and stress of their task and, as a result,
will not be viable.

MaxMD was the first to propose the idea of building a

then announced by the US Office of the National
Coordinator for Health Information Technology.
MaxMD saw the value of this standard, changed
their strategy, and joined DirectTrust, the standards

Khora
About Khora
Khora was founded with the goal of examining
the potential of Virtual and Augmented Reality
and using the technology to worthwhile causes.
With this in mind, one of the most difficult issues
the organisation faced during its early stages was
determining its technological capabilities and
limitations. Khora's team was able to overcome
this by staying current with technology, speaking
with specialists, and participating in the Virtual
Reality and Augmented Reality community. The
second part of the challenge was communicating
these restrictions to people who were unfamiliar
with the technology but were inspired by its
applications and wanted to put a concept to the
test. It was a problem of selling the idea while
staying true to the technology's present limitations
and the client's MVP finances. The team decided
to organise explorative workshops with their
clients to maintain the discussion clear and to
heighten the creativity. They've hosted nearly 600
multidisciplinary teams so far. Khora's talented
team was motivated to overcome every obstacle
and become Scandinavia's premier virtual and
augmented reality production business, as well as
the world's first virtual reality store.
The Bandwidth of the Product
Overall, Khora operates in three areas: consulting,
which includes organising workshop sessions
and events and transporting hardware to clients'
locations; the shop, which functions as a VR
arcade and is ideal for introducing people to the
technology; and the core business, which is the
creation of VR and AR content for a variety of
industries. Khora is a virtual environment that
connects the physical and virtual worlds.
With its diverse exploratory concepts, Khora
is willing to collaborate with its B2B clients in a
variety of industries. Healthcare, art, energy, and
tourism are just a handful of the potential fields.
Khora, which combines a storefront, instructional
platform, and manufacturing facility, intends
to bring individuals of all ages and backgrounds
together who are interested in this developing

He met Peter Fisher, who had been
playing with VR and was continuously

because of his passion for technology and
extensive understanding of the field, as well
as his expertise in computer graphics and

as a Concept Leader/Brand Director for an

Simon's days are jam-packed with back-to-back
meetings and workshops as the CEO of Khora,
while his evenings are dedicated for emails. His
week is usually filled with overseeing everyday
activities and juggling family life. Despite this, he
takes time for his family, describing playing with
his sons as his safe haven.
The Approaching Path
Khora has delved into a variety of areas,
spanning from arts to education, marketing, and
healthcare, while remaining true to their purpose
of investigating the possibilities of VR and AR.
Diversifying the markets in which it works enables
it to discover new uses of the technology and
produce scalable solutions. They developed a
VR Pain Distraction tool for children aged 6-12
through a relationship with the General Hospital
in Copenhagen (Rigshospitalet) and its Center
for Pediatric Pain and Knowledge, which may
be simply utilised by nurses on the job with little
familiarity with the technology.
This idea has recently evolved into a product
called Comfort XR, which is presently in use in six

development is just getting started. Working on
more products that can be scaled and expanded to
new markets is the long-term strategy.
Simon's accomplishment illustrates what can be
accomplished when a concept is developed with
enthusiasm and hard effort. It was his vision to
alter the world with a new technology, and he was
confident in his ability to predict the future of VR
technology, ushering in a new era of innovation.

Swiftic
We welcome innovation as a form of expression.
Change is constant, and most of the time it is
positively embraced, whether it is new technology,
new software, or simply a new practise. Idan Didi
co-founded Swiftic, one of the leading companies
in constructing technical platforms using novel
methodologies, with the goal of disrupting the
status quo and introducing the world to new
technology. Idan, a native of Israel's "Startup
Nation," had a burning desire to transform the
world with his innovative ideas. We present his
success storey with the goal of inspiring you to
pursue your dreams by highlighting the successful
insights of his journey.
The Inception
One of the biggest challenges that start-ups face
is to establish a name in the market, in short;
Branding. It is difficult to source clients especially
in the technological field with the presence of
giant companies around you. Swiftic too was
caught up in the same puddle. Apart from the
numerous struggles they faced initially, branding
was a challenging one. It took them time to fully
understand their positioning in the market.
38 APRIL 2021 SwiftNLift
39. However, Swiftic knew that they needed to do
something different to gain the attention of their
potential clients. As they realized this, they worked
towards creating the easiest to use the platform in
the world and started marketing themselves. This
innovative step differentiated them from the crowd
and the numbers started pouring in.
The Factor of Growth
Swiftic's business strategy is centred on maximising
return on investment. They're relying on their
satisfiedcustomertospreadtheword.Theyarehappy
to state that roughly 70% of their traffic is organic,
and that their website receives over 100K monthly
visits. There are a few app-building platforms on
the market, but Swiftic prides itself on being the
most user-friendly. They allow anyone, even those
with no technological background, to create their
own mobile application in about an hour. Having
a successful mobile app is now an essential aspect
of any company's marketing strategy. Swiftic and
other DIY mobile app production platforms allow
small businesses to create apps without having
to know how to code. They can also use bespoke
use data and built-in features such as push alerts.
Their goal has always been to make these special
qualities available to every small business or group
that requires them.
About the CEO
Idan recalls entrepreneurs seeking to enhance the
world with companies like M-Systems (the USB
flash drive), Given envision, Waze, and others as
a young child growing up in Israel, dubbed "The
Startup Nation." Idan began his entrepreneurial
adventure after being inspired by the zeal of such
entrepreneurs, and he is now on his successful
road of leading the industry with innovation. “It's
a privilege to strive to develop a successful firm,
especially one that offers new technology to parts
of the world where they aren't yet available.” Idan
agrees.
Before founding Swiftic, Idan worked in strategic
consulting at businesses like KPMG and Tavor
Strategic Consulting. He had the privilege of
directing key initiatives such as strategic advising

Future ventures
Swific is fast expanding as one of the largest
mobile app developers. Approximately half of their
clients are now based in the United States, with
the remainder primarily in Europe. They want to
focus on marketing and expand into Africa and
South America in the future. They believe these
areas have a lot of potential because of the rapidly
developing mobile environment. Swiftic's future
looks worldwide, and Idan and his team have big
plans for innovation to help the company grow
with the same ambition that started the fantastic

Idan was inspired by excellent people, encouraged
by their work, and passionate about his ambitions,
which resulted in Swiftic's success. Idan is sure
to be an inspiration to many young individuals
who have the ambition to achieve as he moves

nitiative plays out in a domestic setting within
the context of American social convictions and
behaviours. Other countries' economies, legislative
issues, and societies may be vastly different from the
United States’; therefore global business pioneers should
be well-versed in the subtleties and subtleties of host
countries' societies.
In this way, a developed feeling of worldwide economies
and needs is vital for yearning worldwide business
pioneers. Worldwide systems require:
1. An agreement and affectability to social variety
2. A flexible character
3. Extraordinary exchange and relational abilities
Social Cognizance
When businesses establish manufacturing plants or
distribution centres in new countries, they must take
into account the region's social practises and territorial
characteristics. For example, authoritative construction

social hierarchy of importance and classes is traditionally
emphasised, a corporate leader should establish a clearly
defined hierarchy in which lower-level representatives
are expected to show formal respect for those in positions
of power. However, more libertarian cultures may benefit
from a less formal hierarchical structure.

41. Expanded Networks
The importance of systems administration with people
from different offices or even different organisations
could not be overstated. A viable pioneer is one who is
well-organized on all fronts. System administration at the
global chief level entails that, rather than managing from
a vertical perspective, from subordinate to dominant,
a global pioneer concentrates on collaborative efforts
along all paths, flat and vertical.
Comprehensiveness
Encouragement of a broad, communitarian atmosphere
can help administration advance. The alternative is to
leave the majority of the dynamic in the hands of a small
group of pioneers, thereby shutting off outside influence
and criticism. A general manager appreciates feedback
and ideas, especially from those who have a variety of
viewpoints that are different from their own.
"Incorporation is a source of inspiration within the
labour force that entails effectively incorporating
each employee's thoughts, information, viewpoints,
approaches, and styles to augment business success,"
explains business expert Dan Schawbel in his Forbes
article, "How Companies Can Benefit from Inclusion."
"It makes a difference now because there are certain
real characteristics of the new global business standard
that provide incorporation an advantage to American
businesses."
Extended Horizons
"What distinguishes genuine global pioneers from the
herd is a focus on expanding knowledge, knowing the
responsibilities of your companions and supervisors,
and thinking about what's best for everyone involved."
Workers, pioneers, and directors can find out how to
expand their points of view and naturally assume an
authority posture in the circumstances she presents.
