Here, I’d like to share with you some tips from my experience on hiring article writers on Fiverr. It’s not always that you’ll find gigs of great value, but by following these steps, you will greatly improve your chances.
4. Check for
spelling and
grammar
mistakes.
If you are hiring a writer, would you want
one that has mistakes on their profile?
This text is the FIRST thing a customer
will see. If there are mistakes here, you
can be sure there will be mistakes in end
product.
8. Avoid someone using a fake
profile pic.
Go for a gig seller who is using their real photo, rather than a stock image of
some good looking person from the Internet.

9. Watch out for duplicate
gigs/usernames
All these gigs are offered by the same seller
10. This shows that they are trying to cast a wider net
to catch more unsuspecting customers.
It’s very likely your task will be written by someone
part of a large writing team, and you can never be
sure of the quality of writing you’ll get.

12. One of the most important part of your due diligence is
reading the testimonials of past customers.
Scroll through as far back as you can and look for
genuinely satisfied responses.
13.
14. Outstanding
Experience!
If you just see a bunch of ‘Outstanding
Experience!’ responses and nobody took
the time to write out more than 2
sentences of good words for this person,
I’d skip it.
I myself have been guilty of giving
someone 5 stars and an ‘Outstanding
Experience’ feedback just to be nice to
someone who has really taken the time to
research and write, but the language just
isn’t great.
15. Order a Test Gig
Try out a few writers with one article. You can then establish
a longer term relationship with the best writer of them all.
