INGREDIENTS
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
½ cup frozen tart cherries
½ avocado
¼ cup oats
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons hemp hearts
1 cup Svelte® Chocolate
1 handful ice — optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Add Svelte® Chocolate, cherries,
avocado, oats, almond butter, hemp
seeds, and ice to blender and blend
together until smooth.

INGREDIENTS
1 Svelte® French Vanilla
1 teaspoon turmeric
Pinch of black pepper
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted — optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix spices together.
To get Svelte® French Vanilla frothy,
shake it up in a larger, enclosed container
for 30–60 seconds. Then heat in the
microwave in a microwave safe container
in 30 second intervals until hot, or over
low heat on the stove top in a saucepan.
Mix spices, Svelte® French Vanilla, and
melted coconut oil together.

½ cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup pomegranate + extra for topping
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
¼ cup coconut yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS
Add Svelte® Banana Crème,
strawberries, pomegranate, banana,
and yogurt to blender and blend
together until smooth.

1 cup spinach
1 cup frozen sliced pears
½ cup plain yogurt (optional)
1 tablespoon almond butter

INSTRUCTIONS
Add Svelte® Spiced Chai, spinach, pears,
yogurt, almond butter, ginger, and vanilla
extract to blender and blend together
until smooth.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup dates, pitted
1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free)
3/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
2 tablespoons molasses
1-2 tablespoons Svelte® Spiced Chai
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
¹⁄8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Process dates in blender or food
processor until a paste is formed.
Add rolled oats, pecans, flaxseed
meal, molasses, Svelte® Spiced
Chai, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon,
nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt.
Process until mostly smooth.
Roll mixture into bite-sized balls. Can
enjoy as is or roll in extra nuts, cocoa
powder, or crystallized ginger.

INGREDIENTS
2 avocados, pit and skin removed
1 cup Svelte® Chocolate
3 Medjool dates
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender mix together
avocados, Svelte® Chocolate,
dates, and vanilla extract
until smooth.
Pour mixture into popsicle
molds and place in freezer.
Freeze 4+ hours
or overnight.
Pro Tip: If you like things really
chocolaty, try adding up to
1 tablespoon unsweetened
cocoa powder to the mix!

INGREDIENTS
4 bananas, peeled and sliced
3–4 tablespoons Svelte® French Vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Freeze banana slices for
4+ hours or overnight.
Add banana slices and Svelte®
French Vanilla to blender and
blend slowly until smooth.
Freeze an additional 20 minutes.
Top as you please! We added dark
chocolate syrup and pistachios.

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup almonds
5 pitted dates, chopped
15 oz. can of chickpeas, rinsed + drained
½ cup Svelte® Chocolate
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Place almonds in a food processor
and process until smooth.
Add in dates, chickpeas,
Svelte® Chocolate, cocoa powder,
maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground
cinnamon. Puree until smooth.
Eat with fresh fruit, pretzels, or toast.
Store leftovers in an airtight container
in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Svelte® Chocolate
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 small banana, peeled and sliced
1 handful cherries, pitted and chopped
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together Svelte® Chocolate,
yogurt, oats, banana slices, cherries,
and pumpkin seeds in a mason
jar or other container and
refrigerate overnight.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup oats
1 banana, peeled
¾ cup Svelte® French Vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Pulse oats in a blender or food
processor until it forms flour.
Add banana and Svelte®.
Mix together until batter is formed.
Pour and cook batter in a pan over
medium heat. Cook a few minutes
until golden brown and then flip
and cook the other side.
Top as you please — we used
banana, berries, jam, and coconut.

Prep Time: 25–30 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
Peanut Butter Cappuccino Smoothie
2 frozen bananas, peeled and sliced
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup Svelte® Cappuccino
1 tablespoon strongly brewed coffee
1 teaspoon coconut oil— optional
Berry Chia Seed Jam
1 cup berries (we used raspberries)
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1–2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 ½ tablespoons chia seed
INSTRUCTIONS
Make Jam — remove stems, rinse
berries, and place over low to
medium heat in a saucepan.
Stir for 5-10 minutes.
Remove berries from heat and
add maple syrup, lemon juice, and chia
seeds. Stir until combined and let sit 10+
minutes to let chia seeds absorb.
Make Smoothie — Blend ingredients.
Pour Smoothie into a bowl. Top with
Berry Chia Seed Jam.

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Wait Time : Overnight
INGREDIENTS
Spiced Chai Chia Seed Pudding
2 cups Svelte® Spiced Chai
½ cup chia seeds
Sweet Potato Pumpkin Smoothie
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup cooked sweet potato
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
¼ cup Svelte® Spiced Chai
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix Svelte® Spiced Chai and chia seeds
together in container with a lid and
refrigerate 4+ hours or overnight to
make Spiced Chai Chia Seed Pudding.
Add pumpkin puree, sweet potato,
banana, and Svelte® Spiced Chai to
blender and blend together until smooth.
Layer Sweet Potato Pumpkin
Smoothie and Spiced Chai Chia
Seed Pudding in a mason jar.
Top as desired – we used almond
butter, granola, pumpkin seeds,
dates, coconut, and nutmeg.

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons oat flour
3 tablespoons Svelte® Chocolate
1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder
1 ½ tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon applesauce or coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix oat flour, cocoa powder, sugar,
baking powder, and salt together until
very well combined.
Add Svelte® Chocolate, maple syrup,
and applesauce/oil and stir until batter
just comes together.
Transfer batter to a mug/ramekin and
microwave for 45+ seconds until the
top is cooked, but still moist.
Enjoy as is or with whipped
cream and toppings.

INGREDIENTS
2 11 oz. Svelte® protein shakes
5 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
2–3 tablespoons coconut oil
Your favorite toppings — try nuts,
seeds, coconut, and more!
INSTRUCTIONS
Freeze your favorite flavors of
Svelte® into popsicle molds
6+ hours or until solid.
In a double-boiler or using the
microwave, melt coconut oil and dark
chocolate together until a chocolate
sauce is formed.
Pour chocolate sauce into a
container/glass slightly wider
than the popsicle for dipping.
Dip each frozen popsicle into the
chocolate sauce + top as desired.
Place on parchment paper
and return to the freezer
to solidify/store.

INGREDIENTS
1 15 oz. can chickpeas
¹⁄3 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons Svelte® French Vanilla
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
½ cup mini chocolate chips
or carob chips (vegan)
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain and rinse can of chickpeas well.
Pat chickpeas dry, removing any
excess skins that come off
in the process.
Mix chickpeas, peanut butter,
Svelte® French Vanilla, flaxseed,
maple syrup, coconut sugar,
cinnamon, and salt together
in a food processor or blender
until well-combined.
Move mixture to a bowl
and stir in the mini chips.
Store in the refrigerator
for 3–5 days.

Serves: 8
Prep Time: 30 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Svelte® Banana Crème
Pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Add coconut sugar and water to a
saucepan over medium heat. Stir
until mixture comes to a boil.
Add Svelte® Banana Crème to the
mixture while stirring.
Turn down the heat and let mixture
simmer until it reaches the desired
consistency, stirring frequently
(keep in mind sauce will thicken
slightly upon cooling). This may
take 20–25 minutes.
Remove from heat, add
sea salt, and stir.
Store sauce in a glass jar in the
refrigerator for up to 1 week.

To get Svelte® French Vanilla frothy, shake it up in a larger, enclosed container for 30–60 seconds. Then heat in the microwave in a microwave safe container in 30 second intervals until hot, or over low heat on the stove top in a saucepan. Mix spices, Svelte® French Vanilla, and melted coconut oil together.

  • 11. gingerbread energy bites Makes: 10 Bites Prep Time: 20 Minutes INGREDIENTS 1 cup dates, pitted 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free) 3/4 cup pecans 1/4 cup flaxseed meal 2 tablespoons molasses 1-2 tablespoons Svelte® Spiced Chai 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ¹⁄8 teaspoon ground cloves 1 pinch of salt INSTRUCTIONS Process dates in blender or food processor until a paste is formed. Add rolled oats, pecans, flaxseed meal, molasses, Svelte® Spiced Chai, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt. Process until mostly smooth. Roll mixture into bite-sized balls. Can enjoy as is or roll in extra nuts, cocoa powder, or crystallized ginger. avocado fudgesicles Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10 Minutes Freeze Time: 4+ Hours INGREDIENTS 2 avocados, pit and skin removed 1 cup Svelte® Chocolate 3 Medjool dates ½ teaspoon vanilla extract INSTRUCTIONS In a blender mix together avocados, Svelte® Chocolate, dates, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and place in freezer. Freeze 4+ hours or overnight. Pro Tip: If you like things really chocolaty, try adding up to 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder to the mix!

Add banana slices and Svelte® French Vanilla to blender and blend slowly until smooth. Freeze an additional 20 minutes. Top as you please! We added dark chocolate syrup and pistachios. chocolate protein hummus Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10 Minutes INGREDIENTS ¼ cup almonds 5 pitted dates, chopped 15 oz. can of chickpeas, rinsed + drained ½ cup Svelte® Chocolate ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 teaspoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon INSTRUCTIONS Place almonds in a food processor and process until smooth. Add in dates, chickpeas, Svelte® Chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Puree until smooth. Eat with fresh fruit, pretzels, or toast. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • 15. chocolate cherry overnight oats Serves: 1 Prep Time: 10 Minutes Wait Time: Overnight INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup Svelte® Chocolate 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 small banana, peeled and sliced 1 handful cherries, pitted and chopped 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds INSTRUCTIONS Mix together Svelte® Chocolate, yogurt, oats, banana slices, cherries, and pumpkin seeds in a mason jar or other container and refrigerate overnight. 3 ingredient protein pancakes Makes: 3-4 Medium Pancakes Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 10 Minutes INGREDIENTS 1 cup oats 1 banana, peeled ¾ cup Svelte® French Vanilla INSTRUCTIONS Pulse oats in a blender or food processor until it forms flour. Add banana and Svelte®. Mix together until batter is formed. Pour and cook batter in a pan over medium heat. Cook a few minutes until golden brown and then flip and cook the other side. Top as you please — we used banana, berries, jam, and coconut.
  • 16. pb&j cappuccino smoothie bowl Serves: 1 Prep Time: 25–30 Minutes INGREDIENTS Peanut Butter Cappuccino Smoothie 2 frozen bananas, peeled and sliced 3 tablespoons peanut butter 1/2 cup Svelte® Cappuccino 1 tablespoon strongly brewed coffee 1 teaspoon coconut oil— optional Berry Chia Seed Jam 1 cup berries (we used raspberries) 2 teaspoons maple syrup 1–2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 ½ tablespoons chia seed INSTRUCTIONS Make Jam — remove stems, rinse berries, and place over low to medium heat in a saucepan. Stir for 5-10 minutes. Remove berries from heat and add maple syrup, lemon juice, and chia seeds. Stir until combined and let sit 10+ minutes to let chia seeds absorb. Make Smoothie — Blend ingredients. Pour Smoothie into a bowl. Top with Berry Chia Seed Jam. sweet potato pumpkin pudding parfait Serves: 2 Prep Time: 20 Minutes Wait Time : Overnight INGREDIENTS Spiced Chai Chia Seed Pudding 2 cups Svelte® Spiced Chai ½ cup chia seeds Sweet Potato Pumpkin Smoothie ½ cup pumpkin puree ½ cup cooked sweet potato 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced ¼ cup Svelte® Spiced Chai INSTRUCTIONS Mix Svelte® Spiced Chai and chia seeds together in container with a lid and refrigerate 4+ hours or overnight to make Spiced Chai Chia Seed Pudding. Add pumpkin puree, sweet potato, banana, and Svelte® Spiced Chai to blender and blend together until smooth. Layer Sweet Potato Pumpkin Smoothie and Spiced Chai Chia Seed Pudding in a mason jar. Top as desired – we used almond butter, granola, pumpkin seeds, dates, coconut, and nutmeg.

  • 19. chocolate mug cake Serves: 1 Prep Time: 5 Minutes Bake Time: 45 Seconds INGREDIENTS 3 tablespoons oat flour 3 tablespoons Svelte® Chocolate 1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder 1 ½ tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 teaspoon applesauce or coconut oil 1/4 teaspoon baking powder Pinch salt INSTRUCTIONS Mix oat flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt together until very well combined. Add Svelte® Chocolate, maple syrup, and applesauce/oil and stir until batter just comes together. Transfer batter to a mug/ramekin and microwave for 45+ seconds until the top is cooked, but still moist. Enjoy as is or with whipped cream and toppings.

Svelte® protein shakes 5 oz. dark chocolate, chopped 2–3 tablespoons coconut oil Your favorite toppings — try nuts, seeds, coconut, and more! INSTRUCTIONS Freeze your favorite flavors of Svelte® into popsicle molds 6+ hours or until solid. In a double-boiler or using the microwave, melt coconut oil and dark chocolate together until a chocolate sauce is formed. Pour chocolate sauce into a container/glass slightly wider than the popsicle for dipping. Dip each frozen popsicle into the chocolate sauce + top as desired. Place on parchment paper and return to the freezer to solidify/store.

Pat chickpeas dry, removing any excess skins that come off in the process. Mix chickpeas, peanut butter, Svelte® French Vanilla, flaxseed, maple syrup, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt together in a food processor or blender until well-combined. Move mixture to a bowl and stir in the mini chips. Store in the refrigerator for 3–5 days. banana crème caramel sauce Serves: 8 Prep Time: 30 Minutes INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup Svelte® Banana Crème Pinch of sea salt INSTRUCTIONS Add coconut sugar and water to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until mixture comes to a boil. Add Svelte® Banana Crème to the mixture while stirring. Turn down the heat and let mixture simmer until it reaches the desired consistency, stirring frequently (keep in mind sauce will thicken slightly upon cooling). This may take 20–25 minutes. Remove from heat, add sea salt, and stir. Store sauce in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
