He/she is entitled to earn bonuses based on the compensation plan and will be subject to the terms and conditions
of the company.
Also referred to as an Independent Business Owner (IBO)
•Preferred Customer: Term used for retail customers. He cannot sign up other distributors and cannot receive MLM commissions.
He will not be placed in the genealogy.
•Sponsor: A distributor who personally brings in a new Distributor
•Direct Member: A distributor who was personally brought by a Sponsor.
•Autoship: Repurchase package of a distributor.
•Bonus: the incentive given to distributors based on the achieved qualifications
•Commissionable Volume (CV): The allotted points per package of the FHP products. 1 CV = $1
•Personal Volume (PV): the amount of CV accumulated by a distributor from his/her personal purchase.
•Active Status: Purchasing the required Personal Volume within 30 days increment for you to earn from the bonuses, pools and incentives.
•Sponsorship/Generation Leg: the placement position starting from each of your directs down to their subsequent distributors.
Doesn’t include spill-over.
•Generation Volume (GV): the sum of the Distributor’s Direct Member CV and the CV of all members under that particular Generation Leg.
•Rank: The distributor will be promoted by Rank based on specific qualifications. Rank is also used as a basis for commissions of
particular Bonuses.
Must be active to qualify for the change in rank.
1.Builder: a distributor with at least 2 Direct Members. (YOU +2 Directs)
2.Team Leader: A distributor with at least 5 Direct Members with 1 of them ranked as Builder. (yOU+5 Directs+2)
3.Manager: A distributor with at least 7 Direct Members with 1 Team Leader and 1 Builder. (YOU +7 Directs+9)
4.Director: A distributor with at least 10 Direct Members with 1 Manager, 1 Team Leader and 1 Builder. (YOU +10 Directs+25)
•Matrix: the collective distributor’s placement based on our 2x14 marketing plan which includes both direct and spill-over placements.
Upon reaching the Diamond Director’s rank, the Diamond Director has the option to open a 3rd leg (1x14) in his matrix.
•Leg 1 – Left leg of the 2x14Matrix
•Leg 2 – Right leg of the 2x14 Matrix
•Leg 3 – Diamond Director leg (Optional) of the 3x14 Matrix
•Matrix Volume: total of Commissionable Value that’s in the Matrix Tree. CV includes the spill overs.
•Maintenance Month: the month after you initially qualify for a particular rank, incentive or achievement.
•Flushout: Resetting the unused Generation Volume accumulated for the particular payout period.
