 Are you the right person to capitalize on this change?
 Many people fail simply because they are not a good fit with the
opportunity they have spotted.
 Is this the right time?
 Our lives are complicated. Is your family wholeheartedly in your
pursuit of this opportunity?
 Do you have the free time and the energy you need for this?
 Is the change ending?

5. Always ask yourself..
 True opportunities require long-lasting changes to keep them
visible.
 Do people care?
 Potential customers and investors may show a polite appreciation
for what you have done, but are they passionately motivated to
back you?
 Are all the essential elements in place?
 Are the stars aligned? Can you bring together – The - right talent,
money, support and customers?

6. Always ask yourself..
 Is your pitch clearly understood and can be repeated?
 Before your answer repeat your pitch one more time…
 Your idea
 Are your words uplifting? Or easily ignored?
 Be brutally honest.
 Only a very small numbers of ideas are true opportunities.
 Did you get three or more NO’s? THEN Pull the plug.
 If you have five or more YES’s, THEN keep on going…

 The more attention you pay to the details, the more likely you are
to succeed. Here are a few suggestions…
 Polish your pitch
 Testing your idea – Don’t hide yourself, if possible build a working
prototype and let a lot of people play with it. Use their feedback to
