 A mission statement tells us what the purpose of the organization is.
 It specifies what activities the organization pursues, what course
management has charted for its future and how it will achieve them.
 It includes:
 Who the organization is.
 What it does.
 Who the company/organization serves.

 A vision statement is a vivid, guiding image of the organization’s desired
future.
 It is the ultimate picture of what the leadership envisions for the organization.
 The key to a strong vision statement, is for it to create the same image for all
stakeholders.

company; to build a place where people can come to find and
discover anything they might want to buy online.
