My most recent endeavorshavebeen almost exclusivelycentered around the design,
creation, and administration of SharePoint 2007, 2010, and 2013 SharePoint farms on
both single-tier and three-tier configurations.
My latest professional pursuits have targeting several, SharePoint/Content
Management Systems (CMS)contracts, providing me with a wide breadth of skillsets
including SharePoint design and architecture, installation and configuration,
administration and maintenance, as well as web part development and Business
Intelligence reporting.
o Avtex – Minneapolis, MN SharePoint Administrator
 Served as an ITPro Consultant for one of the premier consulting firms in the
Minneapolis/St. Paul area on numerous projects for several clientssuch as
Polaris, Tennant Corporation, MHS Law, Ardent Mills, Carver County, Lexion
Medical, and Washington County.
 Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, installation and
configuration of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 and Windows SharePoint
Services; assisted in preparation of environments for collaboration,

Architect/Administrator
 Architected and created a full-featured enterprise SharePoint solution to
replace the existing corporate intranet site which had become unwieldy
and confusing. This new intranet site was developed in SharePoint 2010
and currently provides the clinicians in the field with a nimble website for
quickly and accurately searching the corporate document center for all
appropriate policies, procedures, etc.
 Developed customized style sheets in order to conformto corporate
branding standards as well as various web parts for delivering and
displaying content, such as BI (Business Intelligence) Reports in useful, and
convenient ways.

 Responsible for developing and delivering administrator and end-user
training coursework and classes to appropriate audiences.
o MillerCoors, - Milwaukee, WI SharePoint/VBA Developer
 Was called upon at the eleventh hour fromthe initiation of a large, multi-
year project to develop a stopgap solution for the weekly generation of
over 100 timesheets with a turn-around time of less than a month. The
intermediate solution was written in VBA, which readsproject task
assignments from a MS Project plan, filtered by resource to produce a
new Excel worksheet in resource-specific workbook files. The second
phase of the solution entailed data extraction fromMS Project, into an MS
InfoPath form, and directly published into a SharePoint list.
o MMIC, Inc. – Minneapolis, MN SharePoint Architect/BI Analyst
 Using the Agile method of softwaredevelopment, I was responsible for the
creation, administration, and development of the company’s SharePoint
2010 sites to serve as both a Content Management System as well as the
creation of dozens of BI PerformancePoint and PowerPivot reportsand
Dashboards (using Dashboard Designer)
o CoreLink Data Centers – Phoenix, AZ SharePoint Developer
 After two previous contractor’sattempts at developing and automating a
version of a monthly sales data projection report pulled fromthe
company’s ERP warehouse (NetSuite) which had been produced
manually in Excel, the corporate executives accepted a bid to have me
step in to do the work. Final selection of technology was left up to the
developer’s discretion
 The final solution consisted of incorporating the company’s under-utilized
SharePoint 2007/intranet site for publishing, downloading, summarizing,
and manipulating of viewsgiving usersonline business intelligence
capabilities
 A VBA-enabled, Microsoft Access2007 database engine provides the
middle-tier connectivity between the NetSuite data and CoreLink’s
SharePoint site through the Business Data Catalog
 A VBA GUI formallowsthe client to kick off the data refresh process (quick
refresh, full update, or complete rebuild), increasing production time by
200% and virtually eliminating resource time and effort

 Analyzed and documented client’s SharePoint capacity planning needs
across the corporation worldwide.
 Delivered time and budget plan including itemized list of work-effort

American verses European content servers to be independently
managed as separate logical databases.

 Independently managed several company ITdevelopment projects and
