My Track Record
It the USAF I as a Junior Noncommissioned officer was promoted
to Chief of Weather Station Operations, a position reserved for senior
noncommissioned officer and supervised 10 personnel.
I came up with innovative ways to conduct follow on training in
radar and satellite training as well as interconnecting National Weather
Service RADAR feed and Satellite images to one monitor to aid in pilot
briefings.
Co-developed a new database to track hazardous waste that was
eventually adopted by Air Force Space Command and eventually Air
Force wide.
Drove innovation in the hazardous waste use of networked
computers and centralized databases.
At Hewlett- Packard / EDS innovation was the name of the game
when the NIS master dies and takes down the entire GM team center
environment. The teams sprang into action and rebuilt a co-workers
workstation and moved it to the server room to replace the broken NIS
master. Catastrophe averted for now.
I put a HPUX MC service guard lab together with excess
equipment for training and change testing and validation. I did the same
for a Sun Microsystems environment.
Delphi Automotive contract was all about innovation and cost
saving for the customer. Came up with innovative ways to migrate data
during divestitures, and data center consolidations.

Architect and Engineer a new Brazil solution for
applications, database that was critical to production.
At Central Michigan University the focused was on completing
not only my under graduate degree but also a masters degree while
working. I will soon to publish my thesis on Outsourcing and Financial
Advantages.
Even though the below skills have been used at one time or
another they really became understood and honed during the completion
of my degrees in course work and class projects and at work. Very
excited to mentor others the benefits of using these methodologies.
