Steve graduated from the University of West
Florida in 1975 with a B.A. in Communication
Arts. He has been active in real estate appraising
for over 40 years. He is active in several
community, church and professional
organizations. He is called upon for complex
appraisal assignments requiring expert witness
testimony within Florida’s District and State
Courts. Steve considers himself to be a
“generalist” with a wide range of investment
grade commercial propertyexperience. Steve has
substantial valuation experience with hotels,
office buildings, golf courses, mixed use planned
developments, timeshare resorts, restaurants properties and more. He has
served five Florida counties as a Special Magistrate for Value Adjustment
Board Hearings. Steve has provided commercial appraisals in 14 States and
the District of Columbia.
