management, construction and consultancy company, managing projects throughout Australia. Total
Project Management specialises in Commercial, Retail, Residential and Industrial refurbishments, fit-
outs, and new builds, from small to large projects. We work closely with our Clients from project
inception, through to planning, design, statutory approvals, tendering, contract administration,
construction supervision and handover. This ensures delivery of the best possible outcome.
Our Project Management team consists of highly experienced personnel, with a proven capacity to

Proper time management is vital to the feasibility of any project. Total Project Management offers

the project.
COST
Cost overruns are a great cause for concern. We deliver accurate forecasting and comprehensive
financial tracking, and work closely with each Client in determining achievable project budgets, and
work hard to keep all costs within the defined limits.
QUALITY
Total Project Management ensures high levels of quality through close supervision and control
of all Consultants and Contractors throughout the life of the project. We know what a quality
product is, and we make sure that is what is delivered through systematic and detailed defects
inspections.
SCOPE
