International space.
• Completed install of net new Prod/Contingency Proxies and FW’s in Geneva/Zurich. This also entailed
moving every application in MLBS behind this new hardware. As there was no lower lane to test, the task
required a great amount of planning and execution
• Built a net new VDI environment in Geneva to support new virtual users from the Jules Baer sale. This is
complete and users are currently using
• Expanded the VDI infrastructure in London, to again support new users from Jules Baer sale. Again this

• In process of replacing Tape Backup infrastructure and upgrading vendor software in Geneva. This is to
support ability to restore tapes back 10 years for Jules Baer

Telephony System (ATP). This year long project was bringing Merrill Lynch ATP systems into existing
Bank of America Wealth Management offices across the country. 74 offices were converted in a 1 year
time span. Worked exclusively with HP, Cisco, and outside vendors to build backend infrastructure and
bring in new phone and data lines to all locations. Responsible for developing budget with HP and Cisco
and managing all invoicing and billing. Was responsible for saving Bank over $500K in over billing.
• Program Manager responsible for Merrill Lynch transition portfolio within ET&D supporting GCIARM
Line of Business. 13 active transition projects with 6 contractors assigned to the portfolio. 3 projects are
deemed High Impact.
