change. I successfully founded and created a small healthcare business that I grew from one person to twenty
without any outside assistance.
As a small business owner, I had to wear many hats to keep my small business, Sensory Steps, Inc., successful
and reputable. As an entrepreneur, small business owner, and healthcare clinician my experience is vast and
always growing. In this role, I have had to make quick decisions, work in a variety of business-to-business
relationships, negotiate business deals, market my own company, recruit and manage therapists, provide
education and lectures, oversee all of my insurance relationships and billing, provide caregiving healthcare
services to clients of all ages, stay knowledgeable on all healthcare issues, and also manage all of my own
social media. I even had two trademarks created and issued for my company.
My business was pediatric focused yet I have a great deal of experience working with people of all ages,
including the elderly population. Development is truly across the lifespan. Our healthcare needs require
healthcare specialists to obtain the correct resources to make analytical decisions, decrease waste and
improve the bottom line while promoting optimal care. This is not only possible; it should be the
standard.
My motto is to "think outside the box" and "stretch the realm of possibility". Life is short and you must go for
your dreams and aim for the unattainable. Please allow me the opportunity to work with your team and aim for
