One of the key factors of making a Hybrid Event a success, is in the solutions you find to connect with different audiences. Using iPads together with some specific apps, you can provide (specifically to remote participants), the opportunity to meet speakers, participants and sponsors personally and to virtually walk through the conference centre, to see the set up of the event, to live some backstage moments, or to take part to a social dinner or activity.
