28 ideas posted by GSK employees ONLY/ 15 top pre-selected based on GSK employees’ votes, then after 2-days workshop co-selection of 10 with external experts partners (fit for GSK needs but also External expert partners’ interests) and set up of working teams made of GSK + Partner’s staff – 1 month coaching (lean-startup process) for development of a PRETOTYPE selection of 4 out of the 10 by GSK experts and Partners’ experts – 4 go for a final race during which development of first PROTOTYPE (functional or non-functional) + strengthen BC GSK (ONLY) Innovation board select project(s) for investment for further implementation in our incubator.
