1. Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be provided if a course is cancelled. If you cancel at least 30 working days prior
to the start of the course you will receive a full refund minus a 5% administration fee. That fee
will be waived if you register for the same course at a later date. If you cancel less than 30
working days before the event you will not be entitled to a refund.

You will now know exactly what 20 newtons feels
like, or what the exact amount of stability you need to
place an implant immediately after an extraction, or
how hard to tap a sinus, or how to split a ridge, or
how to do a lateral window……the list goes on
depending on what you want to do. Even if you
placed zero implants, go to the Dominican and place
15! If you have placed thousands of implants, but
never grafted around the sinus, go to the Dominican
and do several. You will know the system and
protocols forward and backward and have the
confidence when you get back home.

Course Objective:
Upon completion of this course you should have a thorough
understanding of implant systems and protocols and have an
increased comfort level with implant placement and relatedsurgeries.
Dental Office Solutions is designated as an Approved PACE
Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. The
formal continuing education programs of the program
provider are accepted by the AGD for Fellowship, Mastership
and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not
imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry or
AGD endorsement. The current terms extends from June 1,

2. You will be staying at Hodelpa Emotions Beach Resort (http://emotionsbyhodelpa.com/site/es/).
Everything is covered once you get to the Dominican Republic. You pay for your flight (into SDQ airport) and we take care of everything else
(airport transportation, lodging, food, drink, clinical transportation, patients, materials, and supplies).

Your Instructors
Leo J. Malin, DDS
Dr. Malin received his D.D.S. degree from Marquette University
in 1991. He maintains a private practice in LaCrosse, WI that is
exclusively limited to the surgical and restorative phases of
implant dentistry. Dr Malin is also the Director of the
Implantology and Bone Grafting Courses at the Las Vegas
Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). He has received a
variety of awards from his contributions in implant and
neuromuscular dentistry and is recognized in Dentistry Today
for several years running as one of the top clinicians in dental
continuing education. Dr Malin has been innumerous
publications and been a clinical educator for Zimmer, Ankylos, Implant One, and Leone.
Dr Malin is also entrepreneurial and is part owner in companies that simplifies dental
implants and makes them predicable and profitable. Companies he is currently
involved with range from 3D mobile imagining, 3D implant case planning services,
custom surgical guide fabrication, and co-developed the Implant One implant.
Andrew Kelly, DDS
After attaining Undergraduate degree in Medical
Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry from
California State University at Long Beach 1979 he
then received his D.D.S. from Howard Universityin
1983. Dr Kelly also has continued education from
Core Vent Implant Institute and Medical Collegeof
Georgia Implant Maxi Courses. Dr Kelly now has a
practice is Clemmons, NC with a focus on
implantolgy. Dr Kelly has also been published;
“Immediate Implant Placement After extraction: A
literature review” & “A Novel Approach to Ridge Splitting, Immediate Placement, and
Piezosurgery in Severely Compromised Implant Sites”. Dr. Kelly has also been a clinical
educator for the following organizations; Bio Horizons, Camlog USA, Dentsply Implants,
Zimmer, Ace Surgical and Sterngold, andHiossen.
