The area is located in the Congress Heights neighborhood on the east side of Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK) Avenue SE in Ward 8 in the District of Columbia. Together, DCOP and DDOT are working with community stakeholders and residents to create a financially feasible master plan and an improved transportation network.
