Deployed to Engine Validation Virtual Design Review Audit Aug’ 10 to Sep’ 12
 Providing the technical support to ensure all production new releases (NPI) and their changes (CPI) are introduced in a
timely and efficient manner.
 Identifying scope for Modifications process flow, ensuring components, assemblies and their drawings as per new
requirements, checking the BOM for component.
 Assembly in PRO-E with the available drawings from client and converting it into lightweight models (JT) whenever

compatibility by breaking up feature codes (FC's) and pricing arrangement (PA's) numbers to piece part level.
 Experience in Virtual Build for Caterpillar Engines using Vismockup 8.0
 Checking for tooling accessibility and other types of build and serviceability issues.
 Virtually auditing and reviewing all Engines which include Tier IV Engines using Jt files through Teamcenter Visualization
Mockup before Iron Built.
 Auditing of Bill of material, Tolerances and Compatibility between different Groups/Parts.
