I’m the Head of Performance Management & Production Planning Team for Swisscom Enterprise Customers. In this role I lead the company business performance management efforts, overseeing since 2011 a team of 6 business analysts and managing our Tableau Server analytic platform. Our most exciting work to date was the introduction of a production planning model based on the score concept. Before working as business analyst I was Head of Portfolio Management for Swisscom Customer Business.
