Hormones Insulin, how it responds to food (esp sugar), and how that changes other hormones like Testosterone and cortisol Response to exercise Cortisol, as it relates to exercise is bad. leptin - as it responds to food is good (it says you are full) Helping the body to use FAT as a fuel source - related to HOW you exercise and also what you eat
  3. Grelin - if not enuf sleep. And that says “seek out carbs” Less stress > great stress (more cortisol) > less immunity, and more belly fat Less than 6 hours sleep - more (50%+) more likely to be overweight

  5. Exercise adherence is key - and the key to that is getting a positive feedback loop ASAP. What does NOT matter is exercise A vs B Its NOT a willpower issue - it’s a limited qualitity (thats why having the lollie jar out doesnt work)
  6. So whats the feedback? It HAS to be positive.
