 Information Technology (IT) is a tool like the other tools
presented total quality management organization achieve its
goals.

Security, Cybercrime, Privacy, Pollution, Creativity and
Control Prevention.

 Such as wireless revolution, artificial intelligence, virtual e-
commerce, E Ink corporation, wallet PC and ultimately.

VI. Conclusions
 Economy is benefiting from structural gains, in productivity that have been
driven by remarkable wave of technological innovation.
 Information technology has brought advantages and disadvantages to
communication in business. Companies can communicate effectively with
their customers by Internet.
 Companies now try to have good relationship with their customers by using
Internet. What is more, companies now design a website to attractions
people and provide a products in it. Virtual communication is one of the
important things in the business area.
