Training Needs for Laboratory Capacity Building:
 Training in strategic planning, quality management
systems, evaluation, logistics. As well as building sustainable
laboratory systems (for Laboratory Managers).
 Training in supervision quality control quality training in
supervision, quality control, quality assessment (for
Laboratory Supervisors).
 Training in methods techniques biosafety (Laboratory
Technicians).
 Training in Lab. Maintenance (for Maintenance Technician).
