In addition to the membership of the city council, I'm member of the city board and member of the Kainuu regional council. These posts give a perfect opportunity to work for Kainuu and Kajaani. I have tried to use the positions in a best possible way. Crucial is to attract young people to move here - and this is what I have worked for by organising an recruitment event in Helsinki, speaking in Kajaani high school and contributing to the strategies. Also the green values and sustainable development has been in my agenda i.e. by promoting cycling.
