technology IFF is the 2nd largest in the flavors and fragrance industry globally. It has its presence in 36 countries 
across the globe and has been in business since 1833. 
SAP was 1st implemented at IFF in 1999 with an aim to make the processes more robust and system dependant. 
Responsibility included: 
· Provided functional consulting services to the client to chalk out the process flow for the project outline 
· Spearheaded the Netherlands Payroll configuration for NL wage types 
· Supported custom interfaces for Netherlands Payroll project

A Finnish multinational communications corporation that is headquartered in Espoo. Nokia is engaged in the 
manufacturing of mobile devices and in converging Internet and communications industries, with 128,445 
employees in 120 countries, sales in more than 150 countries and global annual revenue of EUR 50.7 billion. 
SAP project with Nokia involved Support for various modules including PA, OM, Payroll, Time and ESS/MSS 
Responsibility included: 
· Involved in Business Blueprinting; being in a client interfacing role, I was responsible for interacting with 
the client in workshops for gathering necessary information and preparing the Business Blueprint 
documents for the next phase of the project 
· Spearheaded the process validation workshops for getting the sign-off of the “Business Blue Print” 
document to proceed with the System Configuration 
· Performed PA/OM configuration 
· Resolving any defects raised while UAT

Client Description: 
Kraft Foods is a market leader in Consumer products with Operations in 72 countries in all regions, primarily AG 
and EU based and expanding in EEMA and AP. It is a $34Bl industry headquartered in Chicago with a Credit 
Rating 3. 
SAP project with Kraft involved upgrade from ECC5.0 - ECC6.0 & implementation of the PA, OM, Payroll, ESS 
& MSS modules for 72 countries. The blueprinting phase started 5th Jan’09 & currently the project is in Wave 2 
wherein Wave 1 involved up gradation of ECC5.0 - ECC6.0 
Responsibility included: 
Upgrade of the Kraft HR systems from the current ECC5.0 environment to that of ECC6.0 involving: 
· Unit Testing : Test script creation & execution covering 72 countries 
· Integration Testing : Test script creation & execution for ESS/MSS and Regression Testing 
· TPR raising & TPR resolution
