Description: John Hancock provides Sales Reports report having the performance of the holdings, transactions to
its Institutional clients. John Hancock needs a centralized source system called Data Hub which will
act as the Primary source. Currently the data is available in Oracle DB. Now John Hancock wants to
decommission this DB and integrate the Sales Force, Sales connect as their Primary source. And this
multiple source systems data will place in the centralized source system.
Responsibilities:
 Worked requirements gathering documents, mapping, high level design low level technical
design, migration strategy document, Data quality design documents.
 Created ETL Mappings to load incremental data and for migration.
 Created Common Error framework logic to reject the error records coming from the source.
 Used various transformations like Router, Filter, Update Strategy, Sequence Generator,

This enterprise decision support system is used for quality and affordability analytics with a
focus on key medical spend and utilization drivers. Claims data extracted directly from GALAXY
derived from multiple claims processing systems (UNET, COSMOS, and MAMSI).
Responsibilities:

 Acts as primary liaison for UGAP team from offshore to various allied workgroups such
as Business Analyst workgroup, Quality Assurance workgroup and Project Management
workgroup. 

 Generating the Pattern report and Token report as requested by the Business in
identifying the Data patterns and inconsistency in source data.
 Updating/Modifying existed rule sets specifically the PAT file to handle the unhandled
pattern according to the document to get the best output in further cycles.

 Effectively used standardized stage in standardizing the source data by using the existed
rule sets like name, address and area etc. and generated the valid and invalid data reports.

 Involved in the design of Match Templates suggestions made by the Business and
validated the results to identify the duplicates coming from the source depending on
different Match types. 

passing the Match stage output as input to get the best breed of record to the target. 
