2. Bluetooth technology
 Bluetooth exchange data using the concept of packets.
 The architecture used by Bluetooth is master-slave architecture.
 There are several applications of bluetooth out of which few are mentioned below:
 Connecting two nearby computers for data exchange.
 Wireless communication with tablets and speakers such as iOS and Android devices.
 Sending small advertisements from Bluetooth-enabled advertising hoardings to other,
discoverable, Bluetooth devices.

 Transfer of files, contacts and other information.
 Wireless control of and communication between a mobile phone and a handsfree
headset.
 Some of the limitations of Bluetooth technology are mentioned below:
 As compared to Wi-Fi, which transfer data at 54 Mbps, Bluetooth is comparatively
slower and its transfer rate is about 3 Mbps.
 Distance Limitations: For a bluetooth hardware device installed in our computers or
mobile devices, the range is upto 30 feet which sometimes be too short.

 Chatting has largely been a PC based addiction.
 But when it comes to chatting over cell phones the alternative are costly like
GPRS-based IM’s or SMS chat.
 Bluetooth does not require any cables and wires.
 The processing and battery power it requires in order to operate is very low.
 It is very easy since anyone can figure out how to set up a connection and
sync two devices to ease.
 This technology is free for use and no charges to be paid.

17. Conclusion
 Bluetooth chatting is an innovative approach to the mobile world and the
project is implemented successfully. A proper analysis of positive points and
constraints of the system it is inferred that the system is working as per the
objectives of the project. Installation is a hassle-free task. It requires internet
connection for one time to install the application and then it is on its own. The
user interface is user friendly and does not require specialized training or skills
to operate it.

18. Training Overview
 During our six months training at NATIONAL SMALL INDUSTRIES
CORPORATION, we were trained in three courses namely : Java, Android,
Python.
 We got to known about the Java, Android and Python basics and we were
able make our basics strong in Software field (programming).
 We were able to make an application using android as a platform and we
were satisfied at the results we got through these training
