Roles & Responsibilities:
 Conducting HSE induction to all work forces (Visitors, Staff, workers
including sub-contractor)
 Advice Senior Management on all safety related issues.
 Planning and organizing to implement the set Health, Safety &
Environmental management programs.
 Preparing Risk Assessment for all activities in consultation with task
supervisors.
 Prepare and review and implementing site HSE Plan
 Device Safe System of Work and monitors that implementation process.
 Raise labor welfare issues including deficiency of PPEs.
 Eliminate / reduce risk of all physical, health & welfare hazard as low as
reasonably practicable.
 Deliver Health & Safety training to staff & workers as per the criteria of
priority & timely needed.
 Review existing Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis & Safe Work
Method Statement etc.
 Proactive workplace monitoring and random / planned site Safety
Inspection & Audit.
 Promote “Positive Safety Culture” while ensuring proper Communication,
Consultation, Cooperation & Training for al employees so that, an
individual can perform task safely and independently.
 Investigate all accident / incidents for taking timely preventative &
corrective actions.
 Participate in HSE audits & inspection undertaken by external & Govt.
interested parties.
 Provide input for preventative maintenance of plant & equipment
including calibration & 3rd Party certification requirements.
 Monitor environmental issues; waste handling and disposal activity.
 Ensure proper fire prevention & protection system & make-up Emergency
Response Team & recovery.
 Liaison with Consultant / Project Management Team and external
interested parties.
 Prepare daily safety report and monthly HSE statistic reports.
 Protect the integrity of the site in a proactive manner.
 Ensure project HSE inspections for measuring HSE performance as
planned.
 Implement safety policy objectives, rules, works procedure.
 Prepare checklist, inspection report, accident incident advisory reports
and HSE statistics.
 Coordinate and advise subcontractors towards implementing site HSE
corrective actions.
 Help & support workers and staff to develop Safe Working Practice &
promote positive safety culture.
 Follow up all third party certifications, inspections for all plant
&equipment.ConductingHSE Weekly meeting and walk through with
HSE Officers
