2. BACKGROUND AND HISTORY
Al-Deena was established In 2008 as a supplier of Industrial Valves, Pipes
Fittings, Flanges & Instrumentations throughout Pakistan.
Al-Deena has become a recognized leader in the valve industry. As the
valve specialists, we are committed to providing expert valve knowledge,
an extensive valve inventory and exceptional service on the concept of
24x7.
Al-Deena has been supplying a wide range of valves to different reputable
industrial sectors of Pakistan.
MISSION STATEMENT
To provide our customers with quality, cost effective and reliable solutions
through a Quality Management Organization at their head office, factory,
work place and also serve as working partners at their respective project
sites. Our main Objective is customer’s satisfaction.

4. OUR STRATEGY
The stake holders of all industrial units are likely to be keen to automate
the plants in order to increase efficiency, save materials, energy, improve
quality and thereby increase profits. The savings to them become self-
evident, only concern being dependability of the quality equipments and
the vendor. We take care of this very concern.
We provide awareness to the top and technical management the
advantages and benefits of automation in existing/new plant, facilities. It
results in increasing the life of plant, productivity, quality, efficiency and
conclusively reduces the cost of final product. It also tends to improve the
yield and reduces wastages and rejections. The scope and potentials for
upgrading existing plant and machinery in Pakistan is very large but
unexplored mainly due to lack of awareness. Offering optimized products
and after sales support is our prime objective instead of mere selling the
products. In nut shell our aim is to accomplish client satisfaction and
prosperity.

Al Deena include quality assurance, testing, Inspection, expediting and
other quality related activities. Activities place particular emphasis on
expertise, experience, capability, reliability and quality. We believe a high
standard of quality in all our services is essential to the achievement of
cooperate objectives and the continued growth and success of the
company. It is the company’s intention to provide these services in a
manner, which fully meets client needs and statutory requirements.
To achieve this objective, we have established and maintained an effective
quality management system planned and developed in conjunction with
other management functions. Philosophy of continuous improvement has
been adopted by Al Deena so that the quality system will be a continuously
evolving program and one, which is relevant to our organizational aims
and goals, as well as meeting the needs and expectations of our customers.
The attainment of these quality goals requires strong and responsive
management and a united commitment from all staff. The outcome will be

 Downgrade (Lower Return) e.g. Try to get largest chicken eggs, but when
smaller eggs are produced, sell for less.
 What are some of the different ways to inspect processes?
 Grading: Only examine final product for pass/fail. Not very effective for
correcting problems
 Design of Experiments: Various parameters can be varied (Speeds, Feeds)
and the effects can
 Be examined to determine the best settings for a process.
 Statistical Process Control (SPC): Various measurements may be done on a
part after processing, and the process can be adjusted to keep it within
specifications.
