6. How many of us have truly given our
lives completely over to God?
Unfortunately many of us only follow
the Lord only when it’s convenient. If
we’re not careful we find ourselves
giving into the dictation of our flesh,
and the lust and desires of our hearts. I
understand why David said: “Create in
me a clean heart, O God; and renew a
right spirit within me.” (Ps. 51:10)

7. Have you not heard people testify and
declare, “I’m willing to follow the
Lord all the way?”
“I’m going with Jesus no matter what
the cost.” “I have a made up mind to
go all the way”--- that is until the good-
looking brother, or that fine looking
sister comes along. Somehow we seem
to forget our commitment to the Lord.
Please don’t misunderstand I’m not

8. trying to bring condemnation or
judgment simply stating the facts. The
Lord desires for us to be in wholesome
relationships that his marriage. How
many of us are willing to wait on God
to send the right person? We are busy
looking for someone with the right
shape, the right look, the right job,
saying the right words. There are so
many believers who find themselves in
situations that have made their lives

9. miserable because they were not
willing to wait on God.
It’s shameful that many believers do
not have a real relationship with the
Lord, we go to church and we praise
and magnify the Lord. But once we
leave the house of worship we revert
back to following our own desires.
Only after we meet unnecessary
hardships and our lives are in complete
shambles we decide to give it over to

10. him. Nevertheless however we bring
our lives to Christ he takes our torrent
up, messed up situations and uses it for
his glory. He never points back to our
past, or condemn us for our mistakes.
He takes our confusion and messed up
circumstances and makes something
beautiful out of our lives. May we
commit to completely following God in
every area of our lives. “Be ye
