Ideally you use an app-only principal to run the tool:
• Use appregnew.aspx to create the principal
• User appinv.aspx on your tenant admin center to give it permissions
• Copy the generated client id and client secret

Parent Site Url Url of the site where the Access App was installed.
Site Collection Url Url of the scanned site collection.
Web Title Title of the Access App.
Web Template Web template of the Access App site.
App Created On Date when the Access App was created.
Access 2013 App Last Accessed On Date when the Access App was accessed the last time.
Access 2010 App Last Modified By User On Date when the last user driven change was done.
App Instance Status Status of the Access App (only relevant to Access 2013 Apps).
App Instance Id Id (guid) of the Access App (only relevant to Access 2013 Apps).
Web Id Id (guid) of the Access App site.
