changed its outlook altogether. The access to
it and its secured supply has evolved

hen William Wordsworth wrote, ‘The Child
is the father of the Man,’ he basically put
down the feelings of every parent in the
world. Many would argue or question how a child, who
is new to the world and knows nothing, can teach a
grown-up. To which the suitable answer would be to let
them spend a day among young tots.
Children have a lot to teach us – like love, being friends
without motives, being carefree, letting go of things

Richard Huffman, who goes by Richie, experienced
quality early childhood education at White Marsh Child
Care Center, which was owned and run by his mother.
Growing up, Richie lent a hand to the family business
and grasped all he could about the know-hows of
running a childcare and preschool. What he understood
in those crucial years was that parents expect childcare
providers to be more than just babysitters. They want
their kids to be engaged through age-specific programs,
arts, crafts, and social skills.
Ten years later, in 1994, Richie started a childcare
center of his own in Ellicott City and christened it
Enchanted Child Care. This was the first of many centers
that would eventually evolve to become Celebree
Learning Centers in 2002. In preparation for
franchising the concept, the school committed to a full
rebrand and became Celebree School in 2018.

Susan Caldwell, Founder and CEO at
Flour Power knew all about these too
well, as also the struggles that go into
getting out of obesity and getting into
shape. She should. After all she did
feature in People Magazine’s Annual
“Half Their Size” issue having lost
over 150 pounds. But then unlike
others who bask in the glow of an
achievement of a lifetime, she did
something different, and profound! She
began a youth fitness program to teach
children about being healthy, which

What began in 2008 from a single
location in Raleigh, grew organically

long time for each game.”

Featured in Insights Success, the Founder and CEO,
Dennis Kambeitz of Robots.Education shares his
insights behind the triumphant success of his
organization in the global marketplace.
Here is what Dennis had to say when asked a series of
questions:
Give a brief overview of the company and its vision.
The coming decade will be defined by the largest workforce
transition in the history of mankind. Millions of jobs will be
eliminated by robotics and artificial intelligence, while
millions of new jobs will be created. Equally important to
understand is that a significant number of remaining jobs
will be transformed.
The workplace is changing incredibly rapidly. As
companies integrate more sophisticated technologies, job
applicants who have strong technical skills (including
robotics literacy) will have a huge advantage. It’s important
to understand that we’re not advocating that “everyone
needs to become a roboticist or a programmer”, but have
robotics literacy will be a significant differentiator in the
workforce within the next seven year, across a huge number
of industries and jobs, including jobs that wouldn’t be
considered to be “technical in nature”.
Robots.Education is a world leader in addressing this
challenge. We teach robotics directly to children and adults
through in-school and after-school programs, summer
camps, and evening and weekend workshops. We also work
closely with educators, helping them understand the best
practices for teaching robotics. We’ve trained hundreds of
educators how to teach robotics, and literally 100% of them
have indicated that they would recommend us to their
colleagues.
Our strategies for teaching robotics allow virtually anyone
to acquire robotics literacy. Perhaps more importantly, our
programs are incredibly engaging for students and we’ll see
enrolment levels that far exceed anything that schools or
other programs are achieving.
Over the past 4 years we’ve demonstrated robotics to more
than 14,000 students from grades 4-12, and following our
presentations, 90% of them have indicates that they would
be interested in learning robotics. The coming decade will
see explosive growth within the robotics industry, and the
demand for robotics education will grow rapidly. Our
approach to teaching robotics is incredibly inspirational,
while our strategies and methodology allow virtually
anyone to learn robotics.

their friends and family.
What are the cutting-edge products/services offered by
Robots.Education?
We use world-class technology and combine it with an
approach that inspires almost everyone. Most other robotics
programs tend to fall into two categories – the students are
using low powered technology or they are high-end
engineering programs. Once we accept that ALL our
students need robotics literacy, the low powered option
doesn’t teach enough, and the engineering programs only
attract engineering minded students.
We teach real-world robotics in a way that inspires virtually
everyone, and that virtually everyone can learn. There truly
is nothing else like it.
What are the distinctive features/foundations that make
