1. Overnight Stay in the Camp
house
Explore the outdoors: with a family
member or family friend. Complete an
overnight stay. Take photos and write a
brief report.

2. On the 7th of July my granddad, my
brother Daniel and myself went and stayed
in a Camp house in New Plymouth at the
bass of Mt Taranaki.
We were very cold when we got inside
because there were only two tiny heaters
and only one of them was really warm.
Then we all had a game of Uno, my
granddad always won.
After that we had dinner, for dinner we
had pasta. Yum! When everyone had
finished eating that delicious pasta it was
time for another game of Uno now this
time my brother won, it’s just not fair!
After the disappointing game, it was time
for bed.

3. I was shocked because we forgot our PJ’s.
My granddad said “that you don’t need
them, your supposed to sleep in your
clothes”.
In the morning I read a book until everyone
was up.
When everyone was up it was time for
breakfast, bacon and toast my favourite.
After breakfast we went for a walk down
the path. When we stopped to look at the
mountain, Daniel started to throw rocks
through trees that look like the letter Y.
Sadly after breakfast it was time to go
home.
I had a great time and I wish to go back
there again.
