1. Facilitation skill of program management of socio-economic development of urban poor like individual
business, group business. I have also good skill in facilitation and forming CDCs, Clusters, Federations and
CAP. I worked in community led process so I am well aware about community contracting process. I am also
quite capable in participatory monitoring and evaluation process, hygiene promotional activities. I got the clear
understanding on good governance issues. I am also experienced in PRA tools to find out the poor and extreme
poor people in the urban community through well being analysis. I can well mainstream the gender issues in
every phases of the development work. I am capable in preparing poverty mapping and other issues. I can set
strategies to incorporate the community poor, hard core poor, disable, female headed HH, pavement dwellers in
every stages of development work through creating employment generation activities, capacity building through

Community Mobilization
• Facilitate primary group formation, savings and credit group
development and community development committees (CDC);
• Facilities formation and functioning of local level Clusters and
Federation of the CDCs and organize exchange visits between towns
for sharing exchange visits between the communities and between
towns for sharing experience, knowledge, skills and capacity building.

Social Development Activities
Support CDCs to organize participatory community appraisal sand family
surveys to identify community needs, problems, priorities and opportunities
for social development, education and training;
Provide support to the communities to translating the community development
needs into community social development action plans;
Facilitate negotiations with local service providers, NGOs, community
leaders, the private sector for acquiring resources and technical assistance for
social development interventions;
Facilitate preparation and formulation of social development proposals and
contracts and their implementation by the communities;
Follow up and supervision of work to ensure quality control during

Assistance for Socio Economic Development Contract Management:
• Participate in preparation of community socioeconomic development plans
(SEDP) and assist typing and preparing the SEDP and socioeconomic
development contracts (SEDC)
• Select apprentice through FGD and community level workshop
• Assessment of the existing capacities and opportunities for socioeconomic
development of the target groups.
• Facilitate community market survey for assessing socioeconomic need
opportunities and access.
• Assist in checking and verifying the SEDC contract with SEDP.
• Assist CDC and Cluster CDC in understanding the practical and operational
issues for implementing SEDC.
• Supervision and implementing of SEDC and report all relevant issues to the
office.
• Maintain updated records and information of local market demand, local
capacities, skill development training, apprenticeship training etc.
Assistance for Business Development:
• Assist to Mentor, CDC and Cluster CDC to identify extreme poor with
