2. Founded in January 1998 took its first steps as a sole proprietorship, as Ltd (Limited, Company) and began
his career as a company dedicated to private clients, small private clients and public hospitals.
With trade representing some companies in the area of clinical furniture and some equipment for neonatol-
ogy, was growing and taking small steps in the strongest terms, based on principles and convictions that
revealed the reason for our existence.
Reliability or Trust, quality, honesty and transparency were and will always be our
principles and goals.
Introducing rational solutions and always having relevance to the need of our clients and users, always
trying to find the balance between investment and benefit in the medium and long term.

Public Clinics, offices as well as our individual customers via the Internet.
With the continuing idea that we are also partners of our clients, we could develop over the 16 years of our
existence, small, medium and large projects, always with the philosophy that only through mutual trust can
achieve goals and get hits .
The “New” Intercromo comes up with new areas of activity: international finance, trading, imports and ex-
ports, cutlery, hifi / sound / acoustics, new commercial representations, nutrition and cosmetic systems,
precious metals (diamonds, silver, gold, and others), partnering with one of the leading companies in terms
of telecommunications, raising construction works at national and international level, modular systems for
homes and hospitals, new acquisitions, new partnerships, buying and selling businesses through partner,
and the company is to establish partnerships with pharmaceutical drugs for sale internationally.

3. The company was mostly time based in Santa Maria Feira 20 kilometers from the second largest Portu-
guese city, the Port, and 70 kilometers in the third dimension, Coimbra and 270 km from Lisbon, the Portu-
guese capital. But based on market requirements and our customers, we decided to bring the company to
the city of Porto/Oporto, the decision center of the northern area and one of the most important sights of
the European Union. Our office thus passes to Porto/Oporto.
Its geographical location is privileged to be close to the Portuguese second largest commercial port, the
Matosinhos, and a second port, the smaller the port ofAveiro, Aveiro with a distance of 50 Kms and from
Matosinhos about 15 kms.
Once all routes to Europe pass north of Portugal, through Guarda, our position for road transport is also
favored.
The strategic location of Portugal with non-European countries in particular its former colonies, notably-
Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Brazil, East Timor, Macau and Guinea is also privileged to share the
historical and cultural issues, such as the Portuguese language .
