I was born in Palo Alto CA 1981. My Father, Gary, was an Industrial Designer and Mother an art teacher, poet and home maker.
Moved to Austin Texas in 1995 for relocation as my Father lead design project for Latitude series laptops with Dell Inc. Prior to this my
Father lead development team in Corvallis, Oregon at Hewlett Packard where he launched design language of the HP business
calculators.
Loving brother of two intelligent and beautiful sisters, Emily and Alex. Alex, graduate of University of North Texas, is engaged and
mother of my baby nephew William. Emily graduated May for nursing. I am so proud of them.
Outside my passion for technology I am an avid cyclist and one may find me tearing up the single track trails in the Texas Hill Country. I
also love hiking with my gorgeous German Shepherd Daisy or spending time at the many dog parks throughout Austin with my friends
and family.

I would like to recognize Sergey Podwalny as MVP for our Office 365 TSS Team. Sergey has gone above and beyond the
call of duty numerous times in assisting the team with level 100 Office 365 demos, technology solution questions, and
jumping on calls across the team to help drive Office 365 revenue. Sergey demonstrates a unique passion for his role
and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Keeping the customer’s vision and business drivers at the forefront of his
conversations has landed Sergey over 150% of YTD Closed Business for Office 365. In addition to being a lead on
Outlook version of CRM Project, Sergey is constantly driving results oriented best practices across the sales floor. Sergey
has been recognized by his Microsoft Counterparts as having an incredible follow through and responsiveness with
customers. His knowledge, presentation skills, and follow through are second to none.
Here are some of the strategies Sergey has developed as a daily rhythm of business:
 Continues to develop a strong network within Territory Unit
 Heavy Focus on Cloud offerings, licensing, and score card items
 Emphasis on account profiling and customer satisfaction (GRS)
 Weekly touches with members of TTU – V-Team Sync’s on weekly basis
 Regular ROB Calls with LSP’s, TSS’, ITM’s, and TM’s
 Continues to enhance knowledge of Microsoft Solutions/Licensing and programs
 Communication is always Top Priority
