My major interests are in the field of healthcare development, including new imaging technologies, management techniques, organizational principles, computer applications, and education formats. People development and talent management are based on education, current workflow, goals setting, common vision, and collaboration. My career has taken me from Medical University in Moscow to Harvard School of Public Health, from clinical radiology department management (2007-2014) to general management of private health care, medical school and research institution (2014-now).
